    how are they?

    I tried the Palace of Chance and was happy that I too made good on the $25 chip. Faxed Id once, tried to withdraw, denied, no id. Resent fax, chatted with csr , she says" a little hard to read but I will send it on," (nice person), I sent backup fax just in case. Contacted the next day and the csr said they didnt have it. I relayed previous conversation with other csr and I got a terse : Well, Ive looked and I dont see it! That was the end of the conversation. Played out the $25 and closed my account. I was upset. (I didnt have the right software at the time to scan and attach because I had just changed out my printer) Too bad, had an enjoyable experience playing there with my "free chip" but just that one sour encounter turned me off. Hope you get the nice Csr if you ever have a problem. She was sweet.

    You may use free chips,but dont deposit.There are about 200 online casinos worst than it,and 200 better than it.Find another casino if you are going to deposit.

    We have received no complaints for Palace of Chance. However, you have to remember that it is owned by the Cirrus casino group which had some problems in the past.

    This method is used by several RTG casinos to deny cashouts. Several years ago, one casino gave me the runaround despite my sending my ID and address proof through faxes and e-mailed scanned documents. It took me nearly half a year to get my withdrawal thru the assistance of Julie Sidwell of Gamblong Grumbles. Although you played out the free chip, there is no reason why you cant complain to Montana.
