New Micro Casino?

Well, I bit the bullet and downloaded, installed, signed up, and deposited. Over an hour later and only about half the games had installed -- and I'm on DSL. (Not unusual for an MG that has the full roster of games.) I was delighted to find nickel and dime VP on 4 play and single play games!! (I've died and gone to heaven!) Also happy to find 5 Reel Drive and Truck Stop at lower than norm denominations (nickels and dimes). I lost the deposit quickly hitting absolutely nothing on VP and nothing much better on slots. Have not yet received the sign up bonus.

If I ever win here, and if they offer loyal players decent incentives, and their CS is decent, I may have found a new MG home.

We'll see....

Lower coin sizes on the games will help them get more of the low rollers. I find that many MG casinos will alllow as little as 9c a spin on the likes of Thunderstruck, but the older video slots are on a 25c coin for $2-25 per spin minimum for all lines.
If I don't need my PC for an afternoon I may give them a try, just to see if they really are better/different to the mainstream MG.
The only other group that has low coin sizes is Casino Action, although Roxy Palace has a 1c coin minimum on some of the 4-Play VP games.
Offering 250 games probably explains why the download takes so long.

Yes, the 250 games are available to all operators, but as far as I know no other operator has turned every game on for download... As far as experience goes - we do have the most, that is for sure! And we do have the right customer focus - keeping players happy is where casinos gain an edge - those who do it well will succeed.

Thanks for the feedback as this info does make us improve each area - if there is something you don't like please feel free to let us know - it will make a difference.

I played Grand Monaco and cashed out $400 to Neteller. After the 24 hr waiting period i received my cashout just a few hours later. I like the new MG bonus system.
