I would steer clear
I have seen signs of improvement, but for every resolved issue I see posts for more issues where "bait & switch" has been seemingly used.
Although other casinos have a one bonus per group policy, this lot seem to condone misleading marketing that draws players to claim more than one initial bonus.
The other issue is the locked account clause, they use this term deceptively by locking an old account a player has not used for a while and not telling them. The other accounts are left unlocked and deposits taken and bonus granted without quibble, but when the player wins they soon discover that the other account is locked and deny the payout.
Because they do not notify players, it is impossible to determine whether an account was locked before or after a player won. If they are pulling stunts by locking another account after a win and then claiming the win is invalid the player has no way to prove otherwise.
While they do pay on many occasinos, why would players want to risk money here if they are having to continually watch for the proverbial knife in the back as soon as they start winning.
I have seen players not paid even when only ever having had one account, this was what happened to me, so although they refused to tell me which term I had violated, it was nothing to do with having a second account that had been locked.
The bonuses they offer are also too good to be true anyway, and we are often warned that something that is too good to be true probably is.
