It has now been 8+ days and I still haven't received my funds that I requested withdrawn. I contacted the cs a few days ago and after they asked for my account info etc..I still haven't heard anything...Shame on you people! Holding money hostage that is not YOURS is a definite NO-NO in the gambling world. My funds still show in my account...an account I can't play at....

So sorry for all the troubles this has caused you..tomorrow is the 19th, Ill say a little prayer for you that your account is unlocked and deposit refunded then like they promised. Man o man what a mess.
