Mansion change the terms for their bonus

I was playing Baccarat to clear the wagering requirement until I found my wagering counter (there's one in their web site) remained the same for almost one hour.

I contact the live help and was informed that it is due to "there are some members who have abused the promotion. Because of this baccarat, roulette, sic bo and black jack will not count towards the wagering requirements"

and

"It had to take immediate effect, our terms and conditions do state that we can do this if it is necessary. Due to the members who were abusing the promotion it was necessary. I do apologize for the inconvenience"

and when advised them to changed their T&C in their website, I was informed

"We will do it asap, are in the process now"


So take the note if you want to get the bonus.

Unfortunately, the terms and conditions say what they say. But I closed my account there (one the first accounts opened there before they even came on the scene here) last week and I won't be re-opening it. They started out very well. Much like The Phoenician and Nostalgia casinos early on but have steadily degraded in my opinion.

Uggg... Played with them, through the bonus. Blackjack, actually. Lost it all, but liked the casino. Was going to go back on Saturday, but it sounds like they have nothing to offer but a hastle now.

It's ok to change the terms of a promotion. It is REALLY not ok to change the terms, not notify the players in advance, and not even update the terms on the website.

That's bad news. The first step down an "us versus them" slope. Any votes on when/if they'll be removed from Accredited?

Based on this they should be off the accredited list immediately.

It's ok to change the terms of a promotion. It is REALLY not ok to change the terms, not notify the players in advance, and not even update the terms on the website.

It kinda makes you wonder what the terms and conditions are, if they're not what's posted on the website.

Honestly, I do find/feel their software is fair and do not behavior strangely when I raise my betsize in both Baccarat/BJ. But only my feeling only.

To clarify, when I ask whether I am a bonus abuser, the live help responded,

"Not you other members"

"so we have had to change the rules for everyone "

The live help is actually very helpful and polite.

"All games (except Blackjack) contribute 100% to meeting the wagering requirement."

In the states, this is called "bait and switch". I was through the first tier of the bonus and abt to deposit for the second phase of the bonus when i noticed they had changed the terms again. So i went in to chat, really just to verify that the new terms didn't apply to me. Boy was i surprised when they categorically told me that if I wanted to continue with my sign up bonus--i would not be able to play baccarat.

The CS there told me "Bryan is a fair minded guy"! Ok, Bryan, please let us know what is fair abt making old signups comply with new terms in the middle of their bonus adventure? Please review Mansion's status as an accredited casino--that is the only reason I played there in the first place.
