    Thumbs up Roxy Palace

2 days ago at roxy palace I tryed to deposit through neteller. After not succeding for a few times it finally went through. Well I checked my neteller account and it took 2 deposits out of it. Not to worry I am a member of casinomeister. I pmed the roxy rep with the neteller transaction code, I knew I needed that after seeing the complaints here before. He/she had it sorted out within 20 minutes.

What would I do without casinomeister forums??

Agreed totally... I had an issue a while back with Spin Palace. A few PM's and everything in the world is great again!.. I'm playing less so these days, but without this place, I definitely wouldn't play online again!!

I've had this a few times and even the casinos with the worst CS tend to handle it quickly if you give them a call/e-mail, so there's no real need to PM anyone here. That said, it's a disgrace that Neteller and the casinos don't have systems in place to prevent it happening (and force the player to waste time contacting both of them separately).

You could not be more correct. Eventually a transaction group will come along that has at the very least standard industry practices to ensure that money is not floating around in Netherland. When that happens Neteller's market share will plummet. This phenomenon has happened to me on multiple occasions and whenever I speak with them I tell them how absurd it is that these things happen in the first place and they couldn't care less, and then I am amazed at how indignant they are when you ask them to correct their error.
