Praise for Shark Casino

I've never posted a positive about a casino before but I've had a good experience with shark and thought I'd share.

I'd never played RTG software before, due to reputation, but I thought Id give shark a go as the bonus terms looked nice!.

The bonus rules had excluded games including roulette. Anyhow I cleared the bonus for a healthy profit on and played a few other games once wagering was met, one of these games was roulette, which I had assumed fine as wagering was now met. However when I logged in a few days later i was horrified to see everything but my deposit had gone. Apparently shark had deemed it a break of promotion rules to a banned game despite wagering being met.

So I feared the worst with shark being RTG and stealing my winnings. However dialogue with one of the managers proved to be a great suprise and they credited my winnings back. I've now been paid in full.

So cutting the crap - the moral of the story is that shark are a RTG that can be trusted IMO and they are reasonable and treat the player with more respect than a lot of supposedly more reputable software providers.

I don't know... Shark Casino seems a bit fishy to me, no pun intended. Here's why:

1. There was a post a few days ago about how Shark closed a users account for having duplicate accounts after they won, which hasn't been resolved yet. The posting user said they didn't have duplicate accounts... the reason Shark claims for closing the account.

2. They shut off your account because you played roulette. That's ridiculous by itself. Don't offer a game to trap your users. It sounds like they might be looking for excuses to close winning accounts.

3. No Neteller deposits, despite showing that they offer it on their website. If they removed it as an option, is it really that hard to keep that information up to date? According to "Mike", the support guy I talked to, it's gone for good.

4. I've only been able to reach someone through the chat tool one out of three times. The other two times, I was left waiting... and waiting... and waiting for someone to respond.

All in all, sounds like a casino I'm going to avoid until they get their act together.

Shark may not be the best out there but at least they dont use the 'bonus abuser' term to void your winnings. In another thread several months ago, someone complained of not getting bonuses after the casino branded the player as such . However, they simply did not allow him to redeem the coupon before he deposited which IMO is correct as the player had nothing to lose. So I think this casino seems OK.

Shark casino is one of the few good reputation casino use RTG software.
