We are customers...

In light of all the bad press for a lot of places recently, and prompted by a discussion over on one of the threads over in the complaints bit - just something I want to get off my chest, and crystalise my thoughts...

We are customers.

Every single one of us that legitimately and fairly deposits at an online casino.

We are all customers. Funding businesses, adding to their bottom line - and generally doing precisely what they wanted us to do when setting up in business.

As a result IT IS ABSOLUTELY AND ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE TO BE TREATED WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN COMPLETE AND TOTAL RESPECT, APPRECIATION - AND WITH THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We should expect always, under all circumstances:

A fair game
Courteous and prompt service
Accurate and safe deposits
Quick and painless withdrawals
Complete confidentiality of personal information

More than ever, I feel now is the time for player power to make it's collective voice heard.

If you do not receive all of the above, close your account and send an email letting them know.

I'm not talking about bad rogueish type behaviour and extreme cases - I'm talking about anything that falls below how you'd expect to be treated.

From here on in, I want everyone to compare how they're treated at online casino's to how they'd be treated if they were buying a car; and indeed, in the face of poor treatment - would they continue to buy cars there in the future. Of course the gambling industry in itself is unique from a monetary perspective - but the principles and standards of customer care should not be.

There's some excellent operations out there, one's that are trying very hard to do business in the correct and proper way. They should be applauded - and rewarded with our custom.

This site is an absolute gem.

It provides us a genuine opportunity to strike out - and let this multi-billion pound industry know that we're simply not going to put up with it anymore.

Agree

This site is an absolute Gem, no one could have said it better

I haven't find another site so committed to help out the online gambler.

You will never find a thread just made to bring bad business to a casino, and if there has been one, the same usual posters here will deny it and defend the casino.

casinomeister.com its an example for every online gambling operation out there on how to run a decent business.

You will see that most people who come here are all in for good and honest treatment.

Short sleeved shirt and lunchbox at the ready

I'm serious though... I think casino's have just always thought they can get away with it during the 'boom' years - knowing there'll be a zillion other new customers to come along and replace the one's they cheat/lock/ban etc.

It's just not on!

Make that 15 then, sorry for my neglect

It really is amazing that some casinos treat us like the enemy as soon as they have enticed us over the threshold - they are the ones doing the inviting after all!

That's exactly it!!! Of course behind the scenes they want to do everything possible to 'beat' the player (the house edge is a nice start!), just play fair!

Let's show them that we'll GLADLY pour money into their coffers and enjoy it in the process; we just want to be treated fairly in return.
