Ausvegas login problem

Anyone else having a login problem with Ausvegas? It doesn't recognize my login nor password, and the online help chat is offline. Maybe they are having technical difficulties.....I have had no problems at this casino, played a bit for fun, very low roller, never cashed out from the two or three times I played, so I know they didn't lock my account or anything like that.

I can login and access live chat without any problems.

The problem was mine, not theirs. I wanted to state that clearly here, to not cause them to loose any business. I keep a list of my account numbers and passwords, but I had written down the wrong password When I tried another password I commonly use, it worked just fine. And I did get a prompt reply from them, in about an hour or so.
