Wow, that sounds like pure extortion to me Duke, which only leads me to believe that you are after more than just reinstatement of your WU privileges.

    Thank you Pinababy69

I have heard from the casino and they want to know what part and any that I will post on here. They also asked if I would send it to them first before I let the world know. I have not done that I have sent all the info to my attorney in Washington DC to send to Western Union and get their reply. To clear this matter once and for all right from the horses mouth. I was told by the Casino that it was ok to accept Western Union so we will see, that many do it and that might be correct but if its wrong its wrong. That is what I am after the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

    My Best Regards,

    Duke

Smile Pinababy69 all the facts must be gathered first

Pinababy69, Thanks for the comments and as a businessman I know better than to just lay something out there that is not of fact! That is something that I will not do as you can see I have not posted anything on the site as of yet, with regard to the casino's name or any of the emails that I received from them regarding W/U. I have not heard back as of tonight my time here in PH from him, however I do know that he has sent Western Union all of the details and the casino's emails. I also know that he has also copied in our Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales with respect to bringing closure to whom is not only correct in this matter, but moreover how it can be prevented in the future from becoming a nightmare maybe for others, meaning players and casinos online.

    Best Regards,

    Duke

The Attorney General? Wow... you must be an important guy Duke, or have friends in high places. I can't even get my local City Councilman to return my phone calls.

Please do keep us updated as to what the AG and your attorney have to say, I really am interested in this.

And don't worry, if they throw you in the slammer, I'll bake you a cake with a file in it.

    Smile Well not Really BUT

My attorney is in DC and this as you might know is costing me a lot only taking everyones advise on here to give it to my attorney. I did receive a email from him last night and also he was to have a conference call at 1:00 pm EST with Western Union as well as the Asst AG. I will as I stated keep all up todate but will only do it after I have all the facts. I do know that per his phone conversation to me last night my time that Western Union told him that in "NO WAY" do they allow a 3rd party to pick up funds and then give the money to a casino site for gambling. We talk more but will give all of his findings after all teh complete facts are in.

Slammer Hummm 3 sq meals and a free roof over my head

    Thanks

    Duke

I wouldn't say a site is disreputable simply for accepting deposits through western union. Some of the others things that were done in this case appear a bit shady.

As to which casino it was, am I to believe it's a total mystery. No one has any idea which it could of even possibly been. That is surprising to say the least. As someone who may or MAY NOT have used western union services I have an idea of which casino. I'd be shocked if they were willing to accept the deposits sent under a different name. I hope I'm wrong and that the policy change of no longer accepting western union deposits as of this week is just coincidence.

Just out of curiosity a quick question. Duke stated the he played at ALLSLOTS and when asked ALLSLOTS said they don't accept western union. So how is it he deposited with them ? Weren't both micro casinos. In my experience most micros have about the same deposit options with the exception of the very few that take western union as well. I truly hope Duke can be done with all of this quickly. I am probably out of line and am going to regret this but I also have to question why a businessmen who is obviously successful enough that his business takes him out of country has to rely on western union to pay bills. I know why western union may or MAY NOT of been my way of depositing and find it hard to believe it would be any body's first choice due to the fees alone. Those people that love it, how many use it as it's the last deposit option they have left ? I apologize if I'm way off base here but if I'm not then western union did you a favor.

Smile Cmr29sun a reply to your posted?? 6-2-06

Cmr let me take few minutes to try and reply to you and respond to some of your questions. As it relates to allslotts they take my credit card and not western union. # 2. As it relates to paying my bills I pay some of my online Credit Cards that I use via what they call "QUICK COLLECT" meaning Western Union. It is much safer to do that from this part of the Country than banking online. I have people back in the states that take care of all of my other bills.

#3. I am working on getting this resolved ASAP I have been in touch with my attorney in WDC and also sent just last night some of his findings to the casino as I promised to them that I would before I will post on here all of the information. Just out of respect and to make sure that they know that I am not slamming or bashing them in any manner. The emails that I have received from my attorney are in response to some of the casinos reply to me. One of which I have forward to them regarding a statement they made that was "UNFOUNDED" in the investigation by my attorney as well as via a Western Union email to him about the statement that they made.

#4. I have a 18 page email from my attorney regarding his conversation with the Asst: AG and Western Union. I have sent back a reply asking to make sure some of the comments that W/U had in there were very damaging to the casino and the way that they were doing these tranactions. Moreover I have sent to them meaning the casino some of what was founded and have no reply to it as of now 5:57 Pm 6-2-06. An yes they did accepy the transactions from my wifes name and credited to my account even she used her madian name which I have fully disclosed to all the transactions. That is the part that is very hard to accept is that if they were a up and up casino then they would have say "NO" to me asking if that could be done. However they chose to let it go though and then credit my account, claming that because I wanted to keep playing their site, and yes that is true I did ask that. In hind site they should have said to me "NOWAY" we could do that!!! In the Western Union email that by their standards is unacceptable, not to mention that they claim they don't even allow on their site deposits of this nature.

As it relates to bringing closure to this very quick as it is costing me a very large amount to find the "TRUTH" and that is what I am after and will post on here. I thank you for your interest and I am sure that it will be over very soon I just want to make sure that I am 100% in the right and not say anything that is "UNTRUE".

I hope to bring this all to a close and get it resolved but the casino is letting me take all the heat as well as pay all of the expenses, which I don't mind if I am right in the end of which so far it seems to be leaning that way. I will seek other remidies. I hope that this will clear some of your questions!!!

    Best Regards,

    Duke

    Moneygram/Western Union

I dont care to use webwallets as there just to easy to spend more than you should. If you want to use Western Union or Moneygram, get an ECO card. ECO card is like a webwallet and you can send funds via Western Union or Moneygram to fund it.

Most all microgamging casinos accept ECO.

On another note this whole WU thing I think it's rather funny when you call there 800 # and they ask if you are calling from a casino location lol. I guess they only aprove of gambling if it's in actual casino lol
