Neteller - Delayed Bank processing Notification?

I got this email today...actually I got 5 of them....

Our bank recently notified us of a processing delay which affects transactions from February 20 and 21. You have been affected by this processing delay. Our bank did not take funds from your bank account for a transaction which you initiated through your NETELLER account on February 20. We have asked our bank to re-submit this transaction on May 26.

Is this happening to anyone else? It's got me pretty annoyed to be from 3 months back, now having to dig through old bank statements to try to match up transactions. It's strange, though, I would think if the transactions hadn't gone through, I would have had a lot more money in my bank account than I would have been expecting in February?

    No more Neteller for me....

    yep,
happened to me as well. I think that neteller should have provided some sort of compensation for the mistake as well. For now, I'm sticking with them though. I'm looking into firepay and ewallet though.

Not really...if they had a hold on the funds this whole time, it wouldn't make any difference in the balance you were expecting.

Compensation for what? If it was the other way around (them owing you money), I could understand, but why be compensated for a delay where you owe them money?
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

They did the same thing to me, for the same February dates, only mine was done in April, with a bank debit date of April 28. They sent me an email stating they were taking $200, but instead took $200 three times, for a total of $600. Now they are requesting I send my bank statement showing these charges, though they have not said they will refund them. And, I have no record of what I purchased through Neteller on those dates. I do know that I verify the Neteller charges to my online bank statement daily, and I do not remember getting "lucky" with no charges hitting my bank on February 20. It is especially suspect that for the last month, they are STILL finding lost transactions for those dates

Compensation for incompetence in the form of them not taking the full amount from me. This type of mistake messes with people financial status. 2 months+ is way to long for them to just say oops and take your money.
