Over year ago, they sent me all kind of stuff, mousepad, exclusive offers, etc, etc. Even i didn't have deposit history there. Only account.
They also sent some flyer (via snail mail), where was free chip offer and code.
Of course i sent email, and request their free chip offer.
They promise to credit that, then they said that they don't have this offer, then they promise to ask this from their marketing and management, then their marketing ask details... well i said, that i got flyer from you, with this code and blah blah... and i ask... "Do i need to send scanned copy?!"
