I could be wrong here but I thought the assumption being made was that it was the main benefactor of the 888 affiliate program that had instigated the attacks, and that 888 have not yet publically addressed the issue?

As long as 888 is condoning their affiliates activities by knowing what they are doing and then sending them a check, as far as I am concerned they are just as guilty as the warped little person running the software and buying the domains used in the ‘attack’.
