Anyone else complete an RTG survey lately?

I was wondering if anyone here can remember which RTG casino it was that offered their players $5 (payable at the end of April) for completing that gambling/gaming survey. The link came up when you first signed on to the RTG casino lobby. There were a few that didn't offer $$, but there was one that did...and I just can't remember the name. I asked their livechat the day I did the survey how they can keep track, and livechat hadn't even been made aware of the bonus offer much less that survey and how it tracks who has participated.

I've yahoo-searched to see if I can find out that way, to no avail.

Just want to make sure I get what I was promised.
