As I said they're well run. They wouldn't be able to encourage extra publicity on forums with targetted gifts if they weren't (witness Brandy Casino's gruesome attempts over the years).

I suppose what grates for many of us is simply that you're waxing lyrical about a casino! Replace "casino" with "sportsbook", "bank" or "tax department" and you'd understand the way some others feel

32Red have fast cash-outs and respond promptly when required, but I don't see the need for hyperbole. Unless you make someone in CS your buddy and chat daily it's hard to see why you'd ever need to experience the CS. For the average player the experience at 32Red's not going to differ much from that at any MG casino. The 32Red threads (yep, I'm an anti-Winning Screenshots killjoy too ) create false expectations, and we all know what that leads to in the casino world...

Vesuvio...wow. It must be tough to be you living with all that negativity. I find the regular forum members to be good spirited and playful in most all the threads. In a way I do understand your statement about speaking to CS. But I must say that when I play at 32Red I hope for a cash out when Helen is working so that I can call and visit. You seem so jaded about online gaming I wonder why you do it at all.

Vesuvio, you nail every issue in every single damn post you make. I don't think I've ever agreed so entirely on everything with anyone.

Why does everyone always assume that if you don't find on-line casinos a happy-clappy fun-all-round experience it means you're negative.

I'm not a fan of genocide but I like birthday cake - does that make me a positive or negative sort of a guy

Simply to profit from bonuses. I dislike on-line casinos but they're a convenient source of income. A bit like work for most people

I disagree entirely. I'm a member of a good number of online casino's... Loads over the past couple of years. The experience from sign up to cash out to bonuses to whatever is COMPLETELY different at 32RED from every other MG casino. Period.

The 32Red threads (yep, I'm an anti-Winning Screenshots killjoy too ) create false expectations, and we all know what that leads to in the casino world...
As I said before, I'm VERY careful to be realistic about the expectations of gambling - and how you don't neccesarily win more at 32RED! I think any regular reader of this board will see that! I'm not an active affiliate of 32RED either (although it's something I'm considering!) - just a thoroughly satisfied customer.

I've got no sympathy for anyone that doesn't understand that by looking at the Winner Screenshots thread, it doesn't neccesarily mean they'll hit the same sort of wins. Similarly, I've no sympathy for anyone that plays and deposits at a 'rogue' or troublesome casino without doing their homework first! I do however owe a great debt to the Casinomeister and the posters on this very site, for pointing me in the right direction when I first started playing slots online... It's only fair therefore I should return the favour to future potential customers, by only waxing lyrical about the casino's that deserve it.

    Yup!

Well, why i don't play at any Beller Rock, FL, Grand Prive, Casino Rewardrs, etc....
because i'm so tired to wait some reply ~ 12 - 72 Hours (casino rewards + 1-3 weeks)
.... And like Belle Rock, they may ask after 3 days, "What is your account number?!" ....<sigh>

So, i choose 32Red, i get replies within half hour,
    Plus good service, etc

But hey, this is public forum, and everyone have their own opinions

Oh boy, don't I feel special when that happens (must be for "security reasons" that only benefit us... ahem). I'd have to say that all the groups you mentioned are pretty consistently awful at responding promptly (including VPL). Those are the groups that if you need to get something done, pronto, you MUST telephone them (not fun when you're living on the other side of the globe... not fun...).

Hmmm, maybe I should start going to "DrHo888.com", as I believe they're located in the same general area as to where I'm residing now (save on those long-distance calls). I read that they're launching their NEW cashier system (Oh boy! Hot Dog!), which is suppose to be more "user-friendly". Which got me to thinking, what the heck was wrong with the older "less-friendly" cashier system? Did it not come with a withdrawal button? Was the text written in Chinese, and you had to slide the counters on the abacus (that was built into the software) just right in order to determine how much you wanted to withdraw?

There seems to be, and this is a generalisation, a correlation between the size of the "group", and the level of customer service, most notably in support. However, I think some of the groups are starting to realise that while growth is achievable, there comes a time when you have to weigh up effect the amount of work involved in running casino and poker properties is having on customer satisfaction.

I think this is why Belle Rock have stopped promoting 3 brands and why Fortune have dropped Havana. We know we are seeing some consolidation this year, but I think the penny has dropped in some places.

    Thumbs up 32red reply

I have been playing 32red now for 6 months and find that their customer service is by far the best I have ever seen. I have never cashed there or even won big but one thing that I can tell you is that Pat there is always there for me. I am in the Philippines now and live in the states as well and all of the staff at 32RED is by far the best site as it relates to CSR that one could ever expect from a online casino. I have played many others and they out shine them all in Customer Service. So keep it up 32red and maybe that good CS will rub my way and I can win there.
