    transition glitches

    a lot of the support e-mail addresses are either incorrect or out of date on their website.

    the main support@paradise8.com appears to still work.

    i tried sending to their faxback e-mail and it's not working.

    maybe they intended to have 24 hr support, but they don't offer it currently.....that needs to be changed on their website

    i guess I accidentally enlarged one of my faxback documents and that was the cause of my e-mail problems. their faxback e-mail is working fine.

    that's a great thing about netspend. i don't stress so much about having to scan both sides of that card. of course the gift cards are even safer, but then I guess some casino might complain because your name isn't on the card.

    i did also add my casino id name to each scanned document.

    I've never had a problem when blotting out the CVV on the back of the card. I won't send it through email. Is that what you meant by stressed?

    i don't usually have funds on my netspend so even if some scammer got a hold of the scans, they wouldn't get much.
