City Club Casino?

Anyone know anything about city club casino? I recently decided to try playing there again since their are so few Playtech casinos that you can trust and I had a strage expereince. I wasn't eligiable for a welcome bonus, since I had deposited there once 3 years ago. But, I was suppose to receive a 10% Neteller bonu . I deposited $100 and waited for awhile for the bonus to show up- nothing. I contacted customer support (or non-support) through the on-line chat & asked her if she could credit the 10% neteller bonus which their terms state "everyone is eligible for". She said, sorry, but she wasn't "authorised" to do that! I couldn't believe it! A customer support person who couldn't do BASIC customer support? I didn't even ask her what she was "authorised" to do & never received the bonus. Not a huge deal, but just wondering what other experiences people have had with this casino. If they can't help on something as basic as their own bonus promotion, maybe it is yet another Playtech to cross off the list?

I did PM the manager for CITY CLUB CASINO with the details which I mentioned in the post here. That was 12 days ago- not a peep. Not going to spend any more time on a $10 bonus not credited, but I will state again that a casino which doesn't allow its CS rep to even credit a stated bonus, doesn't seem very trustworthy and I would recommend people play someplace else.

Stretching it a little? It's only been 6 days since Bryan suggested messaging the casino rep here

Maybe 12 days since you asked for the deposit I guess..

Oops, guess you are right. For some reason, it seemed like 2 weeks! In any case, it has been 5 days now since I PM'ed the management & I know many places take care of complaints immediately. In any case, like I said, not that big of a deal. Thing is, if they don't want to give their "huge" 10% bonus, they shouldn't offer it! Thanks for setting my timeline straight!

Maybe it got lost in cyberland or maybe I screwed up. In any case, I really could care less about the $10 bonus at this point. More concerned with them responding and also CS who can't credit bonuses! I will PM again with my details. Thanks for following up Bryan!
