    Exclamation Amber Coast Casino Warning!!

Not sure if anybody has heard anything on this casino. I had played here several times & although I don't care for their "sticky" bonus, I played again a couple of weeks ago. They changed their wagering requirements and besides increasing the times, they excluded games (including video poker) but they are very specific about what is not allowed: All games are valid towards the calculation and fulfillment of the promotional wagering requirements, except Aces & Faces Video Poker, Baccarat, Blackjack Switch, Blackjack Surrender, Craps, Deuces Wild Video Poker, Jacks or Better Video Poker, Roulette, and Sic-Bo.
Doubling bets on all Blackjack and/or Video Poker games are not allowed and are not considered valid towards the calculation and fulfillment of the promotional wagering requirements either.

I played slots and Let 'em ride poker, both which are suppose to be allowed. I tried to cash out, after having a $200 credit ( AFTER THEY REMOVED THE STICKY BONUS) but they put it back into my account, saying I hadn't wagered enough. OK, I figured I made a mistake & wagered well OVER what they said I need to wager now. Luckily, I increased my winnings now to $700. Requested a cashout on January 31st. I had recently received an "upgrade" letter from them, saying that my "level" had increased, so neteller cashouts were suppose to be processed in 2 business days. Well, it is now 2 weeks & the cashout is still "waiting".

I have emailed them twice- nothing. Tried to call their toll free number- it has been busy every time I call. Their on-line player support was off-line for several days & I couldn't even log-in to my account. (Although I am able to again today.) The on-line support feature is back, except they don't answer the chat.

This from a company that I've cashed out a few times, lost money to a few times, and always found them to be efficient. They would even on-line chat you reminding you that their customer support was there for you- almost everytime you played.

YES, it is a playtec company, so probably not much support. Anyone else with experience with this group??

I did a double take here and then had a look at the terms - I assumed you must have misquoted something, since double down is integral to blackjack.

Bad assumption; have a look at this:

Doubling bets on all Blackjack and/or Video Poker games are not allowed and are not considered valid towards the calculation and fulfillment of the promotional wagering requirements either.
Get outta there - are they saying that you can play blackjack but cannot double down?? Who writes these things?

    Hilarious.

    Cool

That is crazy. I also had never heard not allowing to double on video poker. Most sites are all too happy to have you lose whatever you won by trying to double it. But, I made sure I didn't double down- on ANYTHING!!

I've done very nicely here I think although haven't played for a while. I got payed no problem although I did have to wait a few weeks as I exceeded their monthly withdrawal limit. No problems with BJ doubling for me! Utterly bizarre term which I'm sure can't be intended to mean what it says. Presumably someone got confused that there's the same option to double any winnings on a house edge free card-turn as there is in VP. Definitely get this confirmed though

Thanks. I had never had any problems before either. But definitely they don't want to pay now. I haven't cashed out enough to hit any limit with them!

Just to finish this out for anyone in the future, I did finally receive the $700 payout, though they took their time. Personally, I have eliminated them from my casinos which I would play at, as I don't like being screwed around with, but at least they did pay.
