I do think 32Red is a great and safe place for internet gamblers to play.

My only beef with them is their Club Rouge. Members of this club get better and unique offers.

I am not a member even though I am a long term player at the casino and have made many deposits of thousands of pounds and have gambled many times upto the table max of £2500 on a single hand of blackjack.

However, even though I have asked to be considered for membership they have never made me an offer. They refuse to say why but I know it is because I don't gamble on slots.

So they are not paragons of virtue they wish to encourage high risk gambling habits.

Frankly, I do not give them much business anymore, I give my business to those casinos which are willing to treat me well and give me good offers related to my level of play. Hell, they have an house edge on every game after all.

Interested to see what Ed has to say about this.

That's a very interesting, revealing and frankly extraordinary insight, Mitch.

The house edge on just one hand alone of £2500 Viper blackjack, playing perfectly, is £9 ($16). Just on that one hand.

    Unreal.

Can you give a vague approximation of your overall wagering, and on what games? It would be very useful to estimate your average loss rate, and so establish how much a player can lose and STILL not get one single, solitary comp.

The way I see it, Club Rouge is more than a comps program, it's not just about wagering, it's also about relations and custom - a two-way affair.
Absolutely SM!!! And I also agree, and would ask kindly that another thread be started to discuss ClubRouge. Don't want to see another 32Red thread get derailed onto the wrong track. Just this once, let's keep this congratulatory thread on a positive note.

Mitch, I know that Club Rouge eligibility is judged on an individual basis. Now that you have voiced your comments in the forum, I would bet money that you will receive a response from Ed or Pat personally. I'd just like to reiterate once again to everyone who posts here how approachable these two men are. Send a PM to either one with any concern or comment, and I guarantee that you will have it addressed in a timely manner. I know of not one other casino where the CEO AND the Director Of Ops are public forum members, and who are more than willing to address issues individually.

Two sides to this one. Firstly I agree that with "exclusive" clubs, you run the risk of alienating people, in any walk of life. Secondly, it's right IMO that a casino reward it's "loyal" players better than the pass-through traffic and the bonus baiters.

My feeling is 32Red would probably benefit from making it clearer as to what it takes to be considered for Club Rouge. Then a player can make more of an informed decision as to where their loyalties lie.

Exactly. Bingo - we agree on something.

Why is access to this "club" a closely-guarded secret?

How much wagering is required and on which games? The management knows how this works - you can be sure they have PRECISE requirements. Yet they cannot share it with the public.

If this question cannot / will not be answered, then the answer has to be assumed as stated by the poster and quoted below - since anything more favourable to the casino they would obviously have no problem in sharing:

What are the game / wager level requirements for entry into "Club Rouge", Ed?

    club rouge

I requested membership in this also and was told no. They said it was due to "account activity". When I checked my playcheck, I had played both slots and VP but when I checked my cashcheck, I noticed that I had withdrawn just a bit more than I had deposited.

I'm a member of Club Rouge, and I've withdrawn more than I've deposited.

For the sake of fairness ...

Unnecessarily provocative. Sorry. Sometimes I just can't help winding people up!
