Unfortunately it wasn't me. It had started paying pretty good the last couple of days for me, and was acting kind of retarded at the same time. I was just SURE it was going to give it to me.

I am pretty bummed about this one. I have been chasing it for over 2 months, since it topped $10K!

Phooey.
Oh well, congradulations to the lucky winner! I hope it wasn't on a manager's comp!!!
Lurking for fun and profit.
The marquee says "garbanzo" won it, so it must have been for real.
I think the only time you can't cash out an unlimited amount on a bonus there is when you take one of their free coupons BTW.

"Any free money given, that does not require a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, comps, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 10x the bonus given e.g. $50 given max cash out = $500. Monies must be turned over at least 15x (unless otherwise stated) before any cash out can be made.(amended June 2004)"

Since when did comps and loyalty bonuses not require a deposit??

Hi everyone,
Firstly may I wish you all a Happy New Year.
Congratulations also to "garbanzo" on their recent Jackpot win with us.
In regards to Slotmachine's post regarding cash out limits. This rule only applies to non-deposit bonuses given out. All bonuses received through the use of the coupon system or applied to real deposits made do not have a cash out limit. Neither do monies credited in return for comp point redemptions.
I hope that this clears up any confusion or queries that you may have had.
Best Regards

what is happening if a player with a non deposit coupon wins the jackpot ? do you put the money back into the Jackpot ?

The answer to that is "NO" which I think is wrong especially to the players that put lots into a game trying to hit the random jackpot to find out someone won it on a free money spin. That is great for the casino as they are not out nothing if someone hits on free money. I personally think this is unfair to players and the casino should have to put the money back into the jackpot. Makes one wonder how many are hit and can not be claimed????

Why do people put up with these absurd regulations and stipulations from casino's!?!? I just don't get it. If you get a 'managers bonus' (as I have from Inetbet in the past) - surely it's to say thanks, and to play in the casino... Why put a dampener on it by attaching conditions? It's like - "Here's some free money to say thanks for your deposits, but we're hedging our bets in case you actually win.."
I'm sure Inet are a very reputable outfit, and they've always been good to me. If you can live with that nonsense - then carry on. As far as I'm concerned however - there's another casino off my play list - thanks for the info!
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. When will all casino's learn to operate like 32RED???? They give me a 'thank you' bonus - it's exactly that. No strings, go for your life.. (In fact, once Ed even said "Here's £XXX - now go take us to the cleaners!!) Of course they know a slots man like me will pour it back in quicker than you can click on the lobby button, but it's not the point... It's a proper gesture without the 'terms and conditions' - same as the high rollers get in Vegas.
Considering some of these companies are in the business of gambling, they need to take a long hard look at what makes their player tick - and what makes them happy. Alternatively, just nick all the ideas off 32RED - who seem to have it nailed.
