HOW HARD IS IT ?

Been playing King Cashalot hoping to get the 5 kings..In over 2000 spins the most kings on one line has been 2. So what bloody chance have you got to get five of the buggers on the 9th pay line ..I reckon probably one in 2 or 3 million..hope you guys have better luck than me..

My guess: it's closer to 1 in 50 million....

*Warning: armchair math follows*

Assuming you could wager your deposit 20x before ruin:

With a 2.25 million dollar deposit you would have a roughly 90% chance to win that 1 million dollar jackpot

That's just from the top of my head, not based on any real math, but until someone sets the math straight here (please do, I don't know the math), let's call that a reasonable guesstimate of what's going on.

So keep spinning

I've read somewhere that there is a law in the US requiring disclosure of a less than 1 in 100 million chance of a jackpot. It's not exactly pertinent to King Cashalot or other online jackpots, but it gives you some idea of what is considered acceptable odds....

Someone said:
"Big jackpots paid by slots progressive,
Impose on losers costs excessive."

That about sums it up, but I do like Simmo!'s tourney because it spreads the losses. Now if we could determine which jackpot is truly above or even close to the 100% return mark, we should really make an effort

Cheers,
SM

heres a story for ya, first time ever playing at a microgaming casino was a nd bonus from mummys gold, i played started out doing good got to 100 bucks then went to king cashalot, i got 5 kings in the 5th paylin i believe, i was like yesssssss pay me my 600 k(thats what it was back then) but i realized i only bet minimum, then i searched forever to find out where it said had to be max bet, never seen it, then i seen the 9th payline thing i was laughing at myself, but i did hit the second best thing besides jackpots on major millions 2 red sevens and a major millions symbol, thats how i got hooked but i got the money for it, and never played there again

Even if you did hit the jackpot, most all casinos won't let you cash out on a progressive win if you are playing on a ND bonus..That woulda sucked even more if you did hit it.
