    www.playwepay.com Any opinions?

A couple of weeks ago I signed up at a sports book called XXwww.playwepay.com. They were giving a $20 sign up bonus, which in reality was a 20% bonus on an "anticipated" deposit of $100. The hook was that you could bet with the $20 before you make the $100 deposit. Here are the terms.

20% Initial Pre-Deposit Bonus: Receive a 20% cash bonus BEFORE you make your first deposit. You get to play for FREE before you make your deposit, and then cash out when you meet the 3x Rollover, deposit at least $100 into your account and keep it active for 30 days.

I confirmed with Live Support that $360 in wagers was indeed the magic number. I have already made well over the $360 required. I have not yet made a deposit, but have had a run of good luck with the $20. I now have over $800. It seems to me that if I make a $100 deposit now and leave my account "active" (I assume that just means open), for another couple of weeks, I should then be able to withdraw $900. I've been burned on these kind of things before and I don't want to waste $100.

    Any opinions ?

IMHO you're always taking a risk playing anywhere outside of the Meister's Accredited Casinos list. But you pays your money you takes your choice. Interesting games interface - quite impressive actually - although the games choice seems limited and you have to question the presence of a VP game called "Jocker Wild" - unless it's a cleverly thought out if somewhat misguided attempt at a skit on the word "Jock" (they being primarily a sportsbook)

Incidentally, a couple of things from the Whois info. The domain has only been active since July (although the copyright notices on the website run from 2003), its only been registered for 1 year, they didn't register the ".net" variant, and its registered to someone with a hotmail address. None of that means anything conclusive, and its better than anonymous/cloaked whois info, but these are things i personally use in my evaluation of any operation when i do research.

    Cheers

Thanks for the input. When they credit your account initially with the 20 bucks they disable your access to the casino. Presumably to insure you can only wager in the sports book. Indeed it does seem that giving them $100 of MY money might be very risky. If I do decide to take a chance I plan to make them aware of this posting at the same time I request a cash out. Perhaps they will sieze the opportunity to establish themselves as trustworthy. Any more opioions are welcomed

Personally i wouldn't do that straight off. I'd see how they respond first and give them a chance to prove creditable under their own steam. But of course it's up to you Maggot

You're right. I really have no reason to believe that they won't do the right thing either.

My opinion Maggot is you need to read the T&C better and you are definitely a bonus wh***. I think you will get the money after 30 days. (self control might be a problem given your posting on this subject.) From the web site:
"The accounts should remain active with at least the initial deposit, for 30 days BEFORE requesting a payout."

Fund the $100 and on the 31st day you can request a payout according to the T&C. Did you read this??
