Is this real or a scam?

Hi,

I found this add on craigslist for strategicrevenue.net . You bete test
software , and it goes through caino on net is what he told me on the phone.

He says you deposit 75 dollars, and you get a match bonus, then intial depoist is taken out out and reversed rite away back to your credit card.
You fill out a survey and and get paid 40 usd, and can keep any winnings you win of the bonus.

I called up casino on net and they said they have not heard of this company.
Has anyone heard of these guys? Are they legit?

"Just give us your credit card info, and let us charge you for up to $200, we'll give it right back, we'll um..send it to you via snail mail, yeah. It shouldn't take longer than a few days, maybe 4 weeks. Then you'll get..um...like free casino chips, yeah. Honestly!"

I didnt give them my money. I saw where they ask for your credit card info for epassport, but when you hit properties its not epassport. They will do anything these days.
