This is managed by the Belle Rock Gaming group owners.
They should be ok, although CS can be patchy, they are generally well-meaning.
Hi "thelawnet",
Thanks for your responses.
While I've had good luck at
Capital Casino, have been paid-out quite promptly, and have a pretty good feeling about them, I find them to be a bit slow with their CS (responses to queries) and not so generous after losses (IOW being OH-SO-generous as to give me 150 in comps to give me 1,000 with my ALREADY accumulated 850, to redeem $10 after blowing a couple hundred dollars).
As far as your problems with
THUNDERLUCK, and not hearing to much about them (actually, at all as I recall

), I'm swayed enough to the point where I'll be looking past them for the time being.
I'm a little confused though, I was under the impression that Capital Casino is an independently-run casino (like 32Red and RoxyPalace). I thought that Belle Rock Gaming only carried River Belle, The Gaming Club, Lucky Nugget, Jackpot City, Aces High, Showdown, and Home Casino. If this is true, Belle Rock sure do a lousy job of advertising and supporting
Capital Casino, not even mentioning them in their own
COOL HAND magazine.
The same can be said for
THUNDERLUCK casino, as I'm unsure why there's no mention of Fortune Lounge on their main page, or when they were advertised in GAMBLING ONLINE recently.
I'm not doubting you, it just strikes me as odd when relatively well respected game affiliations would promote some of their casinos, and leave others off to the side like that.
Again though, I appreciate your input.
