Meister's Playtech casinos

Well, I expanded my horizons and signed up for a couple of Playtech casinos, namely Vegas Online and City Club.

I must say, I was delighted with the sign-up process. First of all, I noticed that they have a very smooth no-download version which runs on my Mac very nicely, and looks good, too.

Second, I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by chat by the CS rep in both casinos as soon as I logged in for the first time. They wanted to know whether I had any questions, and offered a special bonus on top of the one offered on their site.

The best thing about this was, the CS reps, especially the one at City Club, actually knew all the answers and when I told him what I expect from the casino (see the thread "my terms and conditions"), he said no problem, he can confirm that the casino agrees. Just like that. He didn't give me any of the "I'll forward this to the XXXX department and we'll get back to you...." crap.

I'm impressed. Let's see how the games play

I signed up for Diamond Deal (another of CM's Playtech casinos) and have had wonderful support from CS with them. Played some live blackjack last night for about 20 minutes, and cashed out $100 profit. Feeling pretty good about them. Now we'll see how long it takes for the money to be put back into my Neteller account. I'll keep ya posted.

Diamond Deal had my original deposit back in my account inside a day, and the winnings portion of my withdrawal is subject to a 5 day waiting period, according to the email they sent me.

Mine sat for three days before I cancelled it to show a friend how to play online (considering I'd withdrawn my whole bankroll). Unfortunately, he saw the wrong way to play, which is to bet bigger than your bankroll can handle in losses and I busted...but I trust that they would have paid promptly, if the rest of the service is any indication. They were the best Playtech customer service I've encountered.
