MY Terms and Conditions

Tips on choosing a casino:

I have decided that from now on, before I open an account in a Casino, I want them to agree that:
1) they will accept Neteller or bank wire deposits and pay my winnings via Neteller or Bank wire (After some nasty experiences, i.e. double charges etc., and all that faxback hassle, I don't like to use a credit card for online gambling)
2) they will flush my withdrawals on request within 6 hours and waive any "reverse withdrawal" periods
3) they will not bother me with marketing snail mail or phone calls. (I really hate getting CD's and other marketing stuff in the mail)

And I want it in writing. After all, I'm the one who pays for their salary, so I should be entitled to some terms of my own, right?

Other criteria: (preferably) Casinomeister accredited, not mentioned too often in the "complaints" forum, no weekly cashout limits, prompt and friendly CS response

I figure there are so many Casinos out there - if a Casino won't agree to my terms, I'll just take my business elsewhere. I like to have accounts in 2-3 different software casinos, just for variety's sake, but I don't need 10. I'll just deal with the best of them. After a hard day's work, I just want hassle-free online slot playin' in my precious free time..

Cheers,
SM

eek seems to be zero at this point
They should all have a tick-box system where you can tell them what you want and dont want, which can be updated whenever you want.

Its not rocket science is it.

dickens1298 is on a distinguished road
The irony is that players can complain all they like - with issues ranging from alleged "cheating" to slow/non pays to poor customer service - yet these casinos still attract customers.

A previous poster had mentioned that he had lost over $9000 playing at Cryptos. He was a tad concerned that this exceeded the expected variance. The irony is that he STILL continued to play. Would YOU still continue to play at a land=based casino if you felt that you could not - for whatever reason - win there?

Just watch - there will likely be ANOTHER complaint of Cirrus not paying. As much as casinos never seem to learn how to effectively manage themselves, we players never seem to learn either.

Are you the type that thinks that any time you spend any money anywhere you are 'paying their salary'? Those people must love dealing with obnoxious pricks like you.

Hey, thanks for the intelligent and constructive input, Blank-ley.

I'd like to point out that I deal with the casinos and their support crews courteously and with respect (unless they give me reason not to), and in return, I get good service, sometimes even free chips, and upgrades to VIP status just because I'm not obnoxious, as they do get a lot of customers of Blankley's class and I'm sure that can be very tiresome.

I hold that my hard-earned money makes their business run so I'm entitled to a fair deal.

Lightbulb Some ideas...

Slotmachine

I like to have accounts in 2-3 different software casinos, just for variety's sake, but I don't need 10. I'll just deal with the best of them.

Hi Slotmachine,

Ouch, I think I must have something close to the 200 mark. Except for a couple of the new PlayTechs, I've done them all (miraculously, not Black Widow either). I've touched all but 4 MG casino's, and I have accounts for the majority of RTG's, Boss Media, and Cryptologic. Can't forget about 888.com (a.k.a. Casino-On-Net), my first.

But, I hear what you're saying. And while I generally deposit at MG casino's, I agree that it's a good idea to make the majority of one's deposits at where you're most comfortable. In the end, when the casino's see your loyalty over time, a good number of them can be quite generous. For all the deposits that I've made at MG casino's this year, very few give you surprise bonuses (at least in my experience... not counting 32Red of course ). I'll give PlayTech's this much, if I made about +3 deposits at any given casino, the majority of those ('02-04) would surprise me with a nice $20 (with tons of attachments of course... nothing's free).

As far as Slotmachine's initial topic, I'd have to go with:

- Reputation (that's initially and GENERALLY why I come here)
- Customer Service that's always available AND that listens (without formulated responses)
- Prompt payouts with not trying every unethical tactic in the book to stall on payments. Heck, even various HIGHLY reputable casino's pull stunts by reversing withdrawals and sneaking in small bonus with high wagering requirements. I respect a casino that will pay-up, no problems.
- Go again to where you feel comfortable. Which is why I will always return to 32Red, and the Trident Group.
- Go where you feel your luckiest. For me, I've got the green light on winning at Classic Casino, Capital Casino, UKCasinoClub, Maple Casino, and 777Dragon (and Bet365 for PlayTech).
- *Bonuses
- Wide-variety of banking options. Specifically for me, both NeTeller and Bank Wires.

* Many posters here have worked bonuses to their long-term advantage. We all have different approaches to gaming, but for me, it hasn't worked-out so well. I personally find the game tighter (despite that my view/perspective may very well be false), and above all else, I like to cash-out without having to reach any mandatory playthrough requirements. Much more fun for me, playing, and withdrawing when I feel the time is right.

You forgot: "4. If the casino wins in a way that the player in his/her sole discretion deem abusive, all winnings shall be null and void and deposits refunded."

and:

"5. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Player will be considered final. No correspondence will be entered into."

Wow...I used to have about 30 accounts. I had a couple of unpleasant experiences and decided I didn't want all my personal and banking info disseminated all over the place. I closed down all but a few accounts and canceled my original credit card. Of course, the casinos refuse to delete your account entirely and keep sending you marketing e-mail with your old account number on them....oh well.

Totally agree. As for the surprise chips, those can really keep you going back. 888.com pitches in with a small free chip every couple of weeks, even though I deposit infrequently and very little, and it just makes 888.com look good to me. I don't like their payout policy though. 32red has a good monthly match for Club Rouge, less in the way of surprise chips, but they do sometimes.

I agree with all of these. To me, the most important is that they pay up, no problems. Customer service comes second. After that, everything else is a bonus. I haven't been very lucky at 32red, but it doesn't matter, I'm sure it's just variance, and to be fair, I've had some pretty big wins there. I was pretty lucky at Lucky Nugget (heh), but their customer service gave me a hard time, so I haven't played there at all lately. I'll have to give Trident a try.

Cheers,
SM

I have a lot more class than you'll ever have, including not having a sneering and superior attitude to those whose 'wages I pay'.

If you do in fact lose so much money that the casinos do pay all their staff out of your losses then I take it all back, in that case you're just a mug.
