Ok, you can lynch me now, for I think that 32Red Casino is one gawd awful casino to play at.

I have playing there for quite a while gving them the benefit of the doubt since a lot of people here actually like them...and I will say this..NO MORE!

They truly are awful...totally boring...a black hole if you ever found one...sucks you dry...and I mean DRY!..I just played $500 on the new games and won NOTHING....absolutely NOTHING...

I am going to uninstall them as I type and they can keep thier casino...and ya'll can keep playing there...and I wish you lots of LUCK cause your going to need it in my opinion.

I have won absolutely NOTHING there in MONTHS and I have played 3-4 nights a week there, (Taking my winnings from other 3 casinos I play at to deposit here , just to see if it was a bad streak) It isn't! cause everyone keeps saying its a bad run and to prove them wrong I kept playing, and playing, and playing.....Totally stupid of me!

I just cashed out $800.00 on a $100 deposit at 2 other casinos EACH..for $1600.00 on a $100 deposit total! So it isn't a bad run for me..it's 32 RED ..AWFUL! and TIGHT!...and BORING! Cause I cashout out at least 2-3 times a week at other casinos with an average of $800-$1200 a withdrawal!

I hit the bonus round twice on the Bees and once on the Chinese one...terrible..terrible..for all of 700-900 coins...geez...

I am rambling for I have NEVER had such a bad experience for such a long time in play, as I have had here..sorry to all that likes them, but I want others to know, if you aren't hitting anything randomly there...QUIT, for it won't get any better!

I understand your frustration. I feel the same way about Intercasino, but at the end of the day, despite my poor experience at the games, I know that it's still a great casino (and I take back what I said in earlier threads).

Personally, 32Red is my favorite casino, even though my luck there isn't as good as I have at other casino's. Heck, I have some kind of superpowers EACH time I play at UkCasinoClub, Classic Casino, Capital Casino, or Maple Casino (I converted a complimentary $20 into $500 USD just this week ). IF I could have good luck at one casino, I would want it to be at 32Red though (service, Pat Harrison, Club Rouge), but the Gods have said otherwise. I'm overdue frankly.

But, to me, even though you and I don't have good luck there, there's plenty of evidence to suggest that others are doing great (look no further than the history of the Winner Screenshots thread).

i know, that players damc casinos if teh loose and praise casinos, if they loose- this is nonsens, but :

32 red is in my eyes indeed awful,like silcnlayc tells us
i have made the exactly same bad experiences like he , no winnings since months...
always bla bla bla of bad runs, streaks - i was stupid enough too ,to trust the high benefit recommendation for 32 in this forum, deposit and deposit again and could make only 2 cashins;
but awful terrible shocking unreal results, in exactly 31 visits i have lost all my money 28 times, doesnt matter what i play, thousands of dollars put in 4 hand aces and faces and other VPpower poker , so much rounds with average bets/wagers 10 $ up, always weeks long nothing acceptable comes, the few times i was up a litle bit , it was only a result for necessary wery high risk doubling, because never good cards came...
VP sucks in this casino, may be in all mg casinos...
i had never such a bad gaming experience in my life before and what makes 32 REd more waste, than nearly every other MG casino is:

no comp or loyality points for usually players,
my god , how much cash back, loyality rewards i would have earned in every other MG casino with my money ??
i have played too 3 times a week, sometimes 3,4, h ongoing ;
also really good casinos give players good consolation prizes or bonuses, if you have had really such a long bad run or unreal streak

Riverbelle, Home casino or also Golden Riviera have put regular bonuses in the past to my accounts, sometimes surprising or birthday bonuses , also generous bonuses ,if i had a long time a bad run and unnormal bad luck

But you get Nothing from 32 red, beside the "generous" 32 $ monthly match bonus.

the hype for this casino in this forum is a bad joke, they are not better than any other MG casino ,

i do not know how much kkk thousands of $ players have to deposit until to get in a "club rouge", but this "exclusive" membership is also unsympathic in my eyes and "unfair" to the most other players, who got nothing from 32 back....

Im glad this thread was started. I too share the same thoughts about 32 RED. While I must admit that I generally get good customer service from them, thats about the only good thing I can say about 32RED. And even then, one time I actually had a "customer relationship builder" abruptly end a live chat with me before I could finish responding.....his whole tone pretty much echoes the tone of the entire casino....nose in the air snotty.

I cannot understand what all the fuss is about and what justifies them getting all the drool inducing praise they get.

95% of all casinos I have played at (which is around 150 spanning over 7 different software providers in the past 6 years) give great customer service.
I have gotten better service, better bonuses, AND been paid in a timely manner from at least 3 casinos that have at some point been on the not recommended list.

And just a few examples of some really GREAT casinos:

Aztec Riches, which understandably I visit more than any other casino, treats me as a valued player. Im not a high roller and rarely deposit over $200, yet they still place between $300 - $500 in my bonus account EVERY month. They hold all sorts of tournaments....and at one particular one my DSL was down and I could not play. I contacted support and told them what happened, and they actually GAVE me the 10th place prize. If I ever lose my deposit too quickly, I simply contact support, and they almost always give me a generous bonus. All this is in addition to the standard comp points they give. A very classy casino.....and a very classy group (Casino Action group).

Twin Aces, when I used to play there, gave me $30 - $75 free bonus at least twice a month.

Breakaway Casino......5 star service bar none. Free birthday bonuses, free gifts in the mail, great bonus weekly. Lightening fast payouts with no hassle. I could add more, but you get the idea...there are PLENTY of great casino out there that dont get the recognition they deserve.....they simply get overshadowed by 32RED. But apparently 32RED feels they dont need to offer STANDARD INDUSTRY COMPS simply because a select few on here get great free comps and then feel the need to start numerous threads gushing over them.

I also feel this is a little misleading to people new to online gaming. They will likely come here and maybe choose 32RED based on all the hype. They will probably feel disappointed and perhaps a little cheated a little later....had they shopped around a little they probably would have found a better bonus and of course earned comp points.

I have nothing against 32RED, I just feel think they are higly overrated. And for every "feel good" story you read in this forum about your beloved 32RED, believe me......there are 5 more feel good stories about other casinos that someone didn't post.

32Red are undoubtably a great casino in terms of customer service, banking, reliability etc. But this thread brings up a bigger issue. I've also noticed that I win way way less at 32red than anywhere else, and getting to the point where it's not accountable for by chance. Do these MGV sites get to choose their own payout percentage? I'd kinda assumed that any MGV site had exactly the same payout percentage, that is that it's fixed by the software, but is it not, is it chosen by the operator? If so does anyone know 32red's payout percentage?

I've had a lucky streak at 32red but I played blackjack. Their cashout and customer service were top notch.

The payout percentage at 32red as per all Microgaming Casinos, is set by Microgaming and thus they are all around the same payout percentage ball park figure. So if 32red are awful to win with, then so are all Microgaming Casinos - Which is not true - Just check the winners screenshot thread in the Meister Forum to confirm this.

However when playing at ANY online casino, whether it be Playtech, MGS, RTG et al - because of the randomness of the software, you can encounter great winning streaks and also long losing streaks. You will also find this at land based casinos.

I think the speed of online gaming compared to B&M skews some peoples' perception of what is happening. I know a lot of people play online poker and complain about all the big hands that come up, but they're also seeing two or three or four times more hands per hour than in a B&M cardroom.

Frankly, I'm now addicted to the speed of online play. I may seldom play in B&M cardrooms ever again. The advantages of online play far outweigh those in the "real" world.

I have to say I agree as well. I like their customer service, but I never win there. EVER. I've played many times.
I win at Casino Grand Bay and All Slots but forget about 32Red.
I dont know what it is.....
