I have playing there for quite a while gving them the benefit of the doubt since a lot of people here actually like them...and I will say this..NO MORE!

They truly are awful...totally boring...a black hole if you ever found one...sucks you dry...and I mean DRY!..I just played $500 on the new games and won NOTHING....absolutely NOTHING...

I am going to uninstall them as I type and they can keep thier casino...and ya'll can keep playing there...and I wish you lots of LUCK cause your going to need it in my opinion.

I have won absolutely NOTHING there in MONTHS and I have played 3-4 nights a week there, (Taking my winnings from other 3 casinos I play at to deposit here , just to see if it was a bad streak) It isn't! cause everyone keeps saying its a bad run and to prove them wrong I kept playing, and playing, and playing.....Totally stupid of me!:axeman2:

I just cashed out $800.00 on a $100 deposit at 2 other casinos EACH..for $1600.00 on a $100 deposit total! So it isn't a bad run for me..it's 32 RED ..AWFUL! and TIGHT!...and BORING! Cause I cashout out at least 2-3 times a week at other casinos with an average of $800-$1200 a withdrawal!

I hit the bonus round twice on the Bees and once on the Chinese one...terrible..terrible..for all of 700-900 coins...geez...

I understand your frustration. I feel the same way about Intercasino, but at the end of the day, despite my poor experience at the games, I know that it's still a great casino (and I take back what I said in earlier threads).

Personally, 32Red is my favorite casino, even though my luck there isn't as good as I have at other casino's. Heck, I have some kind of superpowers EACH time I play at UkCasinoClub, Classic Casino, Capital Casino, or Maple Casino (I converted a complimentary $20 into $500 USD just this week ). IF I could have good luck at one casino, I would want it to be at 32Red though (service, Pat Harrison, Club Rouge), but the Gods have said otherwise. I'm overdue frankly.

But, to me, even though you and I don't have good luck there, there's plenty of evidence to suggest that others are doing great (look no further than the history of the Winner Screenshots thread).

but awful terrible shocking unreal results, in exactly 31 visits i have lost all my money 28 times, doesnt matter what i play, thousands of dollars put in 4 hand aces and faces and other VPpower poker , so much rounds with average bets/wagers 10 $ up, always weeks long nothing acceptable comes, the few times i was up a litle bit , it was only a result for necessary wery high risk doubling, because never good cards came...

i had never such a bad gaming experience in my life before and what makes 32 REd more waste, than nearly every other MG casino is:

Im glad this thread was started. I too share the same thoughts about 32 RED. While I must admit that I generally get good customer service from them, thats about the only good thing I can say about 32RED. And even then, one time I actually had a "customer relationship builder" abruptly end a live chat with me before I could finish responding.....his whole tone pretty much echoes the tone of the entire casino....nose in the air snotty.

I cannot understand what all the fuss is about and what justifies them getting all the drool inducing praise they get.

95% of all casinos I have played at (which is around 150 spanning over 7 different software providers in the past 6 years) give great customer service.
I have gotten better service, better bonuses, AND been paid in a timely manner from at least 3 casinos that have at some point been on the not recommended list.

And just a few examples of some really GREAT casinos:

Aztec Riches, which understandably I visit more than any other casino, treats me as a valued player. Im not a high roller and rarely deposit over $200, yet they still place between $300 - $500 in my bonus account EVERY month. They hold all sorts of tournaments....and at one particular one my DSL was down and I could not play. I contacted support and told them what happened, and they actually GAVE me the 10th place prize. If I ever lose my deposit too quickly, I simply contact support, and they almost always give me a generous bonus. All this is in addition to the standard comp points they give. A very classy casino.....and a very classy group (Casino Action group).

Twin Aces, when I used to play there, gave me $30 - $75 free bonus at least twice a month.

Breakaway Casino......5 star service bar none. Free birthday bonuses, free gifts in the mail, great bonus weekly. Lightening fast payouts with no hassle. I questioned their BJ play at one time, and they quickly gave me a generous free chip and told me to try again. Which I did and won and got a no questions no hassle payout cash in my hand via western union in 6 hours.

I could add more, but you get the idea...there are PLENTY of great casino out there that dont get the recognition they deserve.....they simply get overshadowed by 32RED. But apparently 32RED feels they dont need to offer STANDARD INDUSTRY COMPS simply because a select few on here get great free comps and then feel the need to start numerous threads gushing over them.

I also feel this is a little misleading to people new to online gaming. They will likely come here and maybe choose 32RED based on all the hype. They will probably feel disappointed and perhaps a little cheated a little later....had they shopped around a little they probably would have found a better bonus and of course earned comp points.

I have nothing against 32RED, I just feel think they are higly overrated. And for every "feel good" story you read in this forum about your beloved 32RED, believe me......there are 5 more feel good stories about other casinos that someone didn't post.

I've also noticed that I win way way less at 32red than anywhere else, and getting to the point where it's not accountable for by chance. Do these MGV sites get to choose their own payout percentage? I'd kinda assumed that any MGV site had exactly the same payout percentage, that is that it's fixed by the software, but is it not, is it chosen by the operator? If so does anyone know 32red's payout percentage?

I think the speed of online gaming compared to B&M skews some peoples' perception of what is happening. I know a lot of people play online poker and complain about all the big hands that come up, but they're also seeing two or three or four times more hands per hour than in a B&M cardroom.

Frankly, I'm now addicted to the speed of online play. I may seldom play in B&M cardrooms ever again. The advantages of online play far outweigh those in the "real" world.

Fair enough then, if that's the case. It's what I'd initially assumed, but finding it utterly impossibly to win there it kinda occured to me that these things might be set by the casinos rather than the software. And of course, much easier to offer great banking, CS, all that, if the payout percentage is lower. Guess not, and my luck at 32red just blows. I don't think that all the casinos have the same percentages, for if they are the same, wouldn't you think that even through a long losing streak, you would hit SOMETHING regardless?

I believe, and this is my opinion only, is that the bigger the player, (higher bets), that, they (the player) somehow hit a mark in the software at SOME of the casinos, that kicks out some kind of payout for that player, for otherwise...I, and many others that have expressed disatisfaction (surprised!) would have hit something in all these months.

I know there are wonderful casinos out there that return the excitement of wins and big hits...and I don't mind putting up my money at all for a chance at thiers because I am in it for the EXCITEMENT! and I Quote:

An interesting thread and one I thought I should contribute to on behalf of 32Red. As has been pointed out, we do get a good deal of very positive comment on our service and as I am sure you can imagine we are extremely proud of the accolade Casinomeister has bestowed upon us for the past two years. I believe this official recognition is for good reason, but we are sensitive to any shortfalls in our service and take the opinions of the posters in this thread extremely seriously.

It is worth highlighting though, that some of the issues raised in the thread are absolutely not in our power to overcome. Some most certainly are, and some may well be just simply differences in opinion or preference. There seems to be three main areas of discussion which I am going to respond to, namely:

1. Results of games at the casino
2. Interaction between 32Red and our players
3. Player offers, bonuses and complimentary casino chips

The central issue raised initially by silcnlayc was her results at the casino. We fully appreciate the frustration of not winning and as a player myself, I know the feeling well. Indeed, to suffer from a bad run or a number of losing visits to the casino is not much fun at all. However, as Webzcas has broadly explained, the result of a game is (quite rightly) out of our hands. We are responsible for providing fair and reliable casino games but we have no influence whatsoever over payout percentages for these games. The Random Number Generator at the 32Red Casino merely delivers a random result and is not governed in any way. Its worth picking up here that the RNG doesn't "consider" whether there's a 1, $1000, free play bet, or even who the player is, it just churns out a random outcome. This isnt anything special, its only what you expect and it is actually what you get.

Turning to the feedback on our service, I firmly believe that what we deliver is the result of a focus on the player, attention to detail, and ensuring every member of the team treats our players in the way in which they would like to be treated themselves. Beeing victim of its success, that is what 32red is actually, having read the previous comments of this thread. What we all should bear in mind is that gambling online is for entertainment only, and one shoudnt expect to hit the jackpot every time we deposit, whatever the place is.

According to me, the three main criteria to take into consideration when playing online are :

1- to play in a trustable place which is known to be trustable (fast payouts, fair gaming.)
2- to have a friendly and helpful customer service, you can reach via live chat, phone (free toll) or PM. And when its about reaching the CS via PM, you dont have to wait hours for a reply.
3- To be rewarded for your loyalty

As far as Im concerned, 32RED largely fulfills these criteria which are mine of course. Im not quiet sure this is the case of every MG, RTG ;-), Bossmediaonline casino.

Ive lost much money since Ive begun to play, much more than I won, but this is my choice and I will never reject the responsability towards anybody.

The online casino industry is less or more regulated and we, players, choose to give our confidence to one place or another. 32RED deserves it, maybe more than other places, not because you always win when you play there, or because it has been voted best CM casino for year 2003,2004.), but after having played for months in different places, this is the place where my instinct leads meand maybe I shouldnt forget my reason (the heart has its reasons which the reason does not know Pascal )

Yes, Im sure this is the price to pay when you are victim of your success ! Go on that way 32RED, this is the best proof that your success disturbs somehow, and without criticisms, success is nothing !

Actually, I've been reluctant to say anything concerning my account and bonuses. Pat Harrison, and the team at 32Red, have been extremely kind and generous with me. I do believe that over the course of August and September, I deposited a good $1,000 over a period of about 6 weeks. In that time, Pat (and others) had credited me with about the same amount of money (in equal value), not a match bonus, but tons of free bonuses to give me ample opportunities to have "another kick-at-the-can" ($70 here, $32 many many times, another $50 there). I can't think of another casino, specifically an MG casino, that would be that generous. There might be one, but I don't know of it. I've gotten plenty of bonuses from various PlayTech casino's when I used to play ONLY PlayTech casino's, and I suppose that they were quite generous. But the issue is 32Red, and I suppose versus other MG casino's.

For those who believe that you have to be a high-roller to get into Club Rouge, you don't. I had lots of bad luck when I first joined 32Red, and I too thought that it's just a bunch of hype over here at Casinomeister.com. After various emails, I was told by "Path" that I've been inducted into Club Rouge. I guess that I've never felt luckier, and I could understand the frustration of those who aren't invited or don't get in. Pat Harrison is THE first and only casino rep. in my years of playing online, to have called me. He is the only rep. who emails me to ask how I'm doing, without even talking about gambling (just music chatter). Of course, part of that is his job, but I feel that there's something different about 32Red than other casino's.

I'll say that I would never fault any player for having ill feelings toward a casino if they never win. I'm the same way. I roll-my-eyes everytime I read a positive thread about INetBet. I see that tons of players have had great experiences there, and I personally dislike them the most, but I move on, and I'm happy for the other players who do well there. You should see my stats over at Intercasino, BoDog, Roxypalace and lately, even at 32Red. It's not so great. But at the end of the day, I still feel that 32Red is the best "operated" casino I've ever visited (or go to on a regular basis).

I think one thing that people should remember, is that there are plenty of people who are very loyal and speak very highly about 32Red (that'll make the others at this forum want to vomit), but how many people are starting "rah-rah" threads about those other MG casino's?

This is something you hardly ever see in online casino land - owner-operator-managers who put their real names and whereabouts up for all to see on-site. IMO that's another measure of this professional companys integrity.

Just in follow-up to the part of this I was commenting on. I never questioned 32red's excellence in customer service, banking etc. I have no complaints with regards to their bonuses either Their bonuses aren't the best out there it's true, but to repeat an oft used phrase in connection to 32red, if you do get a bonus and win, it's 'money in the bank' - and money in the bank quickly too. I'd prefer slightly inferior bonuses if they're being replaced by great customer service and banking. Not to mention how cool it is, as the last poster just mentioned, that you have a full name/bio on everyone working there!

The only issue I was kinda curious about was whether MGV casinos got to set their own payout percentages. I don't mean that they got to interfere with the RNG in any kind of operational sense, just that they could set it up when initially licensing the software to pay say 93% or whatever payout they chose. If 32red were doing this (which turns out they're not), setting a slightly lower payout than some competitors, there'd be nothing immoral or crooked about that - it'd just explain winning a little less. That'd be no different from land based casinos in proximity to each other, they all get to choose their own payouts within certain parameters, and they do vary. Normally if the payout is higher in B&M casinos, you lose something else along the way, such as good comps etc. I'd kinda thought maybe 32red was set a little lower and perhaps that this was where the money to offer such an otherwise great service came from. Having been corrected on that, I guess it's just that they're plain good at what they do. Regardless, big thumbs up to Ed Ware for being involved enough to post on this thread.

One last thing that's niggling me tho, the MGV payout percentages I've seen do vary, in some cases by a couple % which is really quite a lot - surely they should all be exactly the same if the payout is determined by MG and equal for all? I understand variance, but they must be taking a large enough sample that it'd represent the long term, right?

It is definitely my favorite Microgaming casino, and it has nothing to do with bonuses because I don't ever play with bonuses.

It has superior service, pays out instantly even if I withdraw too frequently for their comfort, and every game I play there has been fair.

I just wish they had "sunquest" slots, and I wish everyone had more promotions that have nothing to do with bonuses or wagering requirements.

As far as I am concerned, 32red rocks!

Personally, and i dont mean any disrepect here, i think most people know or should know that Microgaming casinos all use the same RNG, same software, same paytables. So irrespective of the casino brand, they're all equal in terms of what they deliver, and as Ed said earlier, each casino cannot change that.

Of course payouts will vary. Thats randomnesss for you. It would be far more worrying if every casino showed 97.7% payout evey month

Beat a casino up over their promotions, their customer service or whatever if you feel so inclined, but suggesting an MG casino's gameplay is any different to the other 200 or so MG casinos has zero foundation and is a blatant misconception.

We all have bad runs, we all have good runs. We all have times when we feel we are being cheated. We all have times when we think we can't lose. Thats gambling folks. You have to learn how to take the rough (and boy it can get rough) with the smooth, as I'm sure we all know.

Funny to read, I lost $1500 over 5 weeks in Septemper and October without once "feeling" I was on a run. I don't play with bonuses but do like to see an occasional comp put on my account even without asking for it. So why such a "HUGE" difference in customer relations? And to make things even worse; they don't even have comp points that I like to collect for bad times

And I can only speak for myself that the give and take has been very generous on their part.

I DO agree with Tim that their customer support is wonderful...but they have many many negatives as well. One being, they dont pay for instacash with Neteller, another that they don't carry all the games I like to play and they don't have comps that acrue as you play and another being, I never win there. I've been playing at online casinos since day one, and this casino NEVER gives me anything to boast about EVER in terms of winning. I DO see that ya'll are doing good though, so I know SOME people are doing well! I'm really glad Everyone has their favorite! Luck is a factor for sure! I'm sorry but I have to agree, I deposited at 32red and nothing, deposited again, nothing. Pat emailed me and gave me money to try again. NOTHING. Thus, if I can't hit at a casino it comes off my computer. Everyone has bad runs. But after 2 deposits and free money and nothing to write home about,I won't put more money there. I stick with the casinos that I win occasionally at and sometimes I actually win big and come out ahead. No, I don't expect to win everytime,but I would like my money to last for a while so I can at least say I spent some time playing there. I do not place big bets.Always less then a dollar.
If I put 25 dollars in say Inet and at 20 cents a spin I go through it in 15 minutes (which has happened) then I know to stay away for a while, that isn't the place for me at that time. But If I play for a couple hours, then I truly feel I got my money's worth of entertainment and if I am lucky enough to double my money I will cash out. Because I have made money and can play again another day, or deposit it elsewhere and continue to have fun.

I guess in short(aren't you glad) I don't look at playing to make me rich, I do it more for entertainment purposes, to pass time and have a some excitement, maybe.

It seems to me that there's a lot of magical thinking going on here. That playing a different slot machine would help, that some slot machines or casinos would be "hotter" than some others. That 32Red somehow had a much lower payout % than some other casinos using the same software.

Making two deposits and not winning hardly proves that the casino has bad payouts, huh? Hell, I've made dozens of deposits without practically any winnings at all. Come to think of it, I haven't had anything but bad runs in months! It all just goes down the drain, I swear to God. I deposit a 100, and it lasts me all of 15 minutes. It can be really frustrating, I know.

But, as Simmo said, that's just the way it is, especially with slots. It's just math. Sooner or later I'll hit something big. The main thing is to keep a cool head and not deposit any more than you can afford to, chasing losses is the worst thing. Just be patient, stick to your budget, and eventually you'll win something nice. All in all, the casino always comes out on top in the end, and that's the price we pay for the entertainment.

I play at 32Red almost exclusively. Even though I've had terrible luck there lately. Why? One word: Reliability. 32Red is HASSLE-FREE and secure. They will pay you instantly if you wish it, they will not screw you over, they don't have any unintelligible terms&conditions, they will answer your queries within 15 minutes, they will give you a small free chip now and then, etc.
Then, if you win something big, you'll say "I'm glad it was a 32Red, because I don't have to worry about not getting paid".

What really made me choose 32red when I was still trying out a lot of different casinos, was the transparency of their business (compared to other casinos that is): You know who you are dealing with, the names, photographs, CV's, business address, etc, it's all on their website.

But there's something that makes me wonder about EVERYONE that plays online. I'm truly curious if there are any posters out here who're ahead in winnings since the first day they've started playing online. I'll admit that I do have fun playing, but if I knew that 99.99% of the players out there are losing, I'd much prefer buying a PS2 knowing that I truly have zero chance at winning. I had some awesome luck a couple years back, so I'm ahead in this rat race. Again, I have fun with these games, and I know that the general percentages favor the casino's (software), but there surely must be some posters here who're ahead (and hopefully substantially).

I suppose that many people here are curious, but we just don't talk about it.

I think anyone with a brain (which hopefully is most people on CM!) is aware that playing a negative expectation game results in a mathematical certainty that they'll lose if they play long enough. Personally speaking I pay for entertainment, I'd prefer to spend an hour at a casino than go bowling, for example. There are a few areas with exceptions, such as players who strictly play PE with particular bonuses/pay tables that pop up now and again - but on the most part I'd say that anyone who hasn't accepted that they're going to lose is what you'd call a problem gambler.
