Fair enough then, if that's the case. It's what I'd initially assumed, but finding it utterly impossibly to win there it kinda occured to me that these things might be set by the casinos rather than the software. And of course, much easier to offer great banking, CS, all that, if the payout percentage is lower. Guess not, and my luck at 32red just blows. One thing though, if the payout percentage was set by MG, wouldn't they all have EXACTLY the same payout percentage, as oppose to the same 'ball park figure'?

Ok, here I go, once again!

I don't think that all the casinos have the same percentages, for if they are the same, wouldn't you think that even through a long losing streak, you would hit SOMETHING regardless?

I believe, and this is my opinion only, is that the bigger the player, (higher bets), that, they (the player) somehow hit a mark in the software at SOME of the casinos, that kicks out some kind of payout for that player, for otherwise...I, and many others that have expressed disatisfaction (surprised!) would have hit something in all these months.

I know there are wonderful casinos out there that return the excitement of wins and big hits...and I don't mind putting up my money at all for a chance at thiers because I am in it for the EXCITEMENT! and I Quote:
and some of these casinos actually have a grasp of the concept that they ultimately get it all back and then some.
and, they are the ones that keep you coming back...for no one wants to play and keep feeding a casino that is a true DUD!

    And I love playing!

As some of you may know, I have been an advocate for 32Red since my first encounter with them back some years ago when I signed up with them and was given a personal welcome through a phone call by the CEO and founder of 32Red, Ed Ware. He was very personable and generous, and we talked for some time and developed a friendship that has grown even greater over these past few years. Before the end of that phone call, he had loaded my account with an astounding welcome bonus the likes that I had never experienced before. Over time, I've gotten to know some of his staff including his right-hand man Pat Harrison, who has reflected the same kind of professionalism, generosity and personal treatment as Ed did from day one. I've played at many other casinos over the years, wheather it be Microgaming or another brand of software, and I've won at some and lost at most, and like most gamblers, my favorite casino at any given time was whatever one I happened to win at recently. Your favorite casino today may be the one you delete from your computer next month... all it takes is a few consecutive losing sessions to change your mind about a place. Someone mentioned UkCasino club in this thread as a place in which they always seem to be lucky at. Just the opposite for me. I could never win anything from them.. and I dumped thousand and thousands of dollars into them during my short stay with them. Right at this moment, as I write this, someone is hitting a jackpot or winning alot of money on a slot machine at any given casino on the internet, and if you were to ask them at this moment what their favorite casino is, they would more than likely say the one that they're winning at right now. On the other hand, at any online casino right now, many more people are losing their asses and complaining that the games are fixed, or that the payout percentages are too low. Gamblers are fickle. Their favorite casinos are like choosing the flavor of the week... it changes like the wind. I don't put much stock in this thread because it was written by a person who admittedly just finished playing the tail end of a losing streak, and professed that she was very angry while writing this. One thing you can say about gamblers is that they ride an emotional roller-coaster which is constantly altering its course through peaks and valleys. This person had some bad luck and happened to be in the valley at the time of this writing. It happens to us all. Maybe we should learn to accept that the odds say that we will lose most of the time no matter where we play. It's a mathmatical guarantee. Tim

Tim5ny, I am very happy that you are "good friends" and all with this casinos management...
we talked for some time and developed a friendship that has grown even greater over these past few years. Before the end of that phone call, he had loaded my account with an astounding welcome bonus the likes that I had never experienced before
and I stand by what I said before, since you quoted the previous..makes my saying even stronger..
they (the player) somehow hit a mark in the software at SOME of the casinos, that kicks out some kind of payout for that player,
I guess because you happened to become such good friends with the casino management..your mark was not to hard to hit..
he had loaded my account with an astounding welcome bonus the likes that I had never experienced before

Can anyone else claim this?? Not me for sure..I have never recieved a bonus in my account that would stand out as you expressed yours did.

I am feeling much better since I posted and AFTER seeing that I was NOT THE ONLY ONE with this feeling...you say:

I don't put much stock in this thread because it was written by a person who admittedly just finished playing the tail end of a losing streak, and professed that she was very angry while writing this.
Now, my question is this...Why are these others coming out (thank goodness they did) saying the same thing I did and they weren't even upset..they were just glad that someone took it upon themselves to state the obvious...if you aren't winning at A CASINO (not just 32Red) ...QUIT them instead being stupid like me and being swayed by this forum into continuing to play at the casino that doesn't work for YOU, just because someone says they are great.

Granted, if a casino has a great reputation in responses to probs, etc and are quick to respond to e-mails, concerns etc..then thats all the better, but..what good is all this "wonderful" support if you keep losing? Great support does not make you a winner....withdrawals do..

I have 3 casino I have been playing at for YEARS..and cash out almost continuously
Gamblers are fickle. Their favorite casinos are like choosing the flavor of the week ... it changes like the wind
This statement is soooo untrue...because I can actually win at these, and I also lose at these, but I stay with them casue they are FUN and I do win in between my losses...I like trying new casinos to see if I can add them to my "favorites" list....so far I have 2 additional casinos in the past few months added to my list of casinos to play at...I figured I would give 32Red a try and it wasn't meant to be..

In short...all I am saying is...if there is no give and take in a few short months with a casino (don't do like me...lots of MONTHS)....move on...

And I can only speak for myself that the give and take has been very generous on their part.

I'm sorry but this is a ridiculous thread. All Microgaming casinos pay-out the same. I find it HIGHLY implausible that 32Red would have the option to change their payout compared to other casinos using the same software. Do you seriously think that Microgaming would allow this?

Too funny..if they all paid out the same...this thread wouldn't be here!

This is what I have found in a little research...and I might be offbase, and if this is not true, then I am sorry...why would it be posted online..?and this post can be removed...
    The stats...online slot returns:

    Hi,

this is exactly one of the problem , why more and more players complain in the meantime regarding the hype for 32 red....

only some few players, super VIPS and "stars" will be regularly pampered in an unbelievable generous way,

but all other players get absolutely nothing from your "friends" !!!

lefkada wrote in one thread earlier, that the only thing this "great" casino offered him after 8000 k of losses, was the 32 $ monthly match bonus...

like i have told before, i have made exactly the same bad experiences like silcnlays, lefkada and much others with this casino over months; a few weeks ago i have lost nearly 2 k at power poker within 26 h , the same great offer from CS Carla: "i am glad to offer you our generous 32 monthly match bonus"

    they keen keep it...
and your super manager and friend Pat have also done absolutely nothing for sinclays, me and the much others...

i ma sure, that i would have earned with all the deposited and wagered money between 300 - 400 $ cash back, loyality or comp points in ANY other MG CAsino

again, i am glad , that i have uninstalled their software...

    Hi All

An interesting thread and one I thought I should contribute to on behalf of 32Red. As has been pointed out, we do get a good deal of very positive comment on our service and as I am sure you can imagine we are extremely proud of the accolade Casinomeister has bestowed upon us for the past two years. I believe this official recognition is for good reason, but we are sensitive to any shortfalls in our service and take the opinions of the posters in this thread extremely seriously.

It is worth highlighting though, that some of the issues raised in the thread are absolutely not in our power to overcome. Some most certainly are, and some may well be just simply differences in opinion or preference. There seems to be three main areas of discussion which I am going to respond to, namely:

    1. Results of games at the casino
    2. Interaction between 32Red and our players
    3. Player offers, bonuses and complimentary casino chips

The central issue raised initially by silcnlayc was her results at the casino. We fully appreciate the frustration of not winning and as a player myself, I know the feeling well. Indeed, to suffer from a bad run or a number of losing visits to the casino is not much fun at all. However, as Webzcas has broadly explained, the result of a game is (quite rightly) out of our hands. We are responsible for providing fair and reliable casino games but we have no influence whatsoever over payout percentages for these games. The Random Number Generator at the 32Red Casino merely delivers a random result and is not governed in any way. It’s worth picking up here that the RNG doesn't "consider" whether there's a £1, $1000, free play bet, or even who the player is, it just churns out a random outcome. This isn’t anything special, it’s only what you expect and it is actually what you get.

Turning to the feedback on our service, I firmly believe that what we deliver is the result of a focus on the player, attention to detail, and ensuring every member of the team treats our players in the way in which they would like to be treated themselves. I don’t need to add that this isn’t at all high brow, but it is honest hard work and it’s what we believe the player is after. I would like to say to the Forum (but particularly to funeralparty) that to be seen as “nose in the air” is not something we aim for and will work hard to overcome that false impression. Our duty as an operator is to offer the very best service that we can, to cherish our players, and add as much fun to the gaming experience as is possible. Our policy is to help out where we can if players are having a bad run, and pay-pay ASAP when they win.

We do our best to make it easy for players to contact senior management here and many interact with Pat Harrison and me on a regular basis. We post our details and email addresses on our website to encourage just such feedback and to ensure we are on top of how players see 32Red support and promotions. Of course we pick up service issues along the way but it's disappointing to hear of specific incidences in this thread where we have fallen short. Please be assured that we are as desperate to provide first-class service as players are to having it delivered to them. In this vein I would urge anyone unhappy with our service to either contact me direct, or indeed to drop Pat a line at pat@32red.com to help us rectify matters.

The third item raised is in connection with bonuses, loyalty points and comps. There is no doubt that there are casinos out there who offer bigger bonuses, more loyalty points and more complimentary free chips. As has been highlighted in this Forum recently, there is always at least one operator who is prepared to offer (seemingly) amazing free chip offers. So, we have decided to be satisfied that we are never going to be able to offer the single best offer of free chips in the industry, to all players, all the time. Instead we have attempted to offer value and benefits where we believe it is sensible to do so. For instance at the moment, 32Red is running a Monthly Match Bonus, a Red Letter Day promotion each Thursday, a Witches Wealth Slots Challenge, a Halloweenies Slots Challenge, and our 3 Card Poker Challenge has just finished. Our Club Rouge programme has been widely acclaimed by players who are members. In addition, the basis of the platform we operate, including where we are licensed, our credit and debit card processing arrangements with Barclays, and the use of Patsy Kensit as our celebrity dealer are also important differences that players take into account when judging our service.

I hope that my note isn’t too long-winded, but I apologise in advance if it is! As mentioned above, please feel welcome to touch base with either Pat or me as it is always a pleasure and an education to get the player’s point of view.

    Best wishes

    Ed Ware
