    Don't play at www.wildvegascasino.com

I deposited $30 there and met all their wagering requirements. When I tried to cashout $210 they said I could only cashout $75. When I tried to cash out $75 they said it was bonus and couldn't be cashed out which is absurd because it was all winnings and showed up as a winnings balance. Also their 800 number posted leads to a different number and their support e-mail bounces. Responses from the help desk take eons. Please see the help desk thread below and you will see the contradictions about the $75 and the time it takes to even get a response:

    If so, Howdy Neighbor!

I hope that this casino gets placed on a rogue list and that the $873 (your 663 plus my 210) they stole from us is more than made up for by the lack of business caused by our postings.

are there any parlay entertainment sites that don't suck?

video poker that shows two identical cards on a single hand for video poker that is supposed to be played with a single deck, customers getting robbed of £20,000 wins and £50,000 wins due to claimed malfunctions. Crooked sites (like Winward).

Are there any decent casinos with this company?

    wildwevegas

I had a similar experience then you guys at wildvegas back about 6 months ago. To my knowledge they are being run by the same guys as a "famous" or should i say infamous realtime gaming casino COOLCAT casino. Both the wildvegas and coolcat acted quite roguish when i was trying to cash out. Montana handled the coolcat issue, and wildvegas paid, in the end. (about 3 weeks and many emails after).

By the way, if you ask if these two are connected, they will tell you they arent. When wildvegas started it had some links with coolcat name in them, and also a pop up window came on coolcat to wildvegas.. I believe very that they are connected, or being run by the same management.

Good luck in trying to retrieve your funds. You will need it as parlay entertainment the software provider is known for its hands OFF attitude.
    Meister to the rescue..

two identical cards -- that's pretty scary. www.casinovega.com is a good casino and uses this software. It's actually because they don't hassle me for withdrawals that I decided to try another Parlay site (www.wildvegascasino.com).

    not smart

so at wildvegas..they finally respond to a ticket by saying they have put the money back in my account b/c i have not wagered 15 times my deposit as it says per terms of the bonus.....however, the terms say you will get the bonus if you wager 15 times OR, i repeat OR, lose 95 percent of your deposit...well, there would be no other way for the bonus to kick in unless i abided by their terms...the bonus kicked in after i lost 95 percent, thus nullifying the 15 x rule...duh?..cmon wildvegas, think about it..still no payment, just more stalling

I'm just lucky that I followed my usual rule of depositing a relatively small amount ($US 30) when first trying a casino out. They have no intention of paying either of us I'm sorry to say. If I have time I'll try to see if I can find some contact information for their casino manager or some way to log a formal complaint.
    Have a good Halloween.
    cheers, tableplay
