MonacoGold doesn't pay

I am having a similar problem and would like some advice as to what to do.

I have screenshots from customer support at monaco gold saying i can play videopoker and the website on firefox said the same. Now Im being told the 1000s of £s of wagering I did dont count.

Please help.

I would advise anyone thinking of depositing with this group of casinos to lie down until the feeling goes away.
If you got money tied up with em just keep meticulous records of all correspondance- keep on hassling their CS until you get a result...& then dont ever return.

To my mind these guys are bent.....but they dont get rogued?

This group was rogued on my site years ago now. I think Joyland caused them to be dropped from the accredited list here but saying that I think they were still accredited for a while after Joyland was dropped. It would be nice if Casinomeister announced when and the reasons why casinos drop off the list (eg. don't wish to renew advertising, no longer acceptable etc). I probably shouldn't really mention it but no one else seems to but it seems that Casinomeister doesn't like to rogue any sites now unless he has no other choice. I promise this is the last time I even comment on this sort of thing as I only get abuse for it.

MonacoGold was never listed here. To state that they were paid advertisers and that I somehow secretly dropped them is another attempt to discredit me and this site.

I do. Think FL, Captain Cooks, Playtech, Casino King etc.

To place a casino in "rogue" status is a very serious thing that is not taken lightly. There is much more to it than you seem to realize - it's not something that is done "off the cuff - spur of the moment". Most of the complaints that I deal with are resolved one way or another. And you cannot rely solely what goes on in message boards. This seems to be your approach.

Finally, you have a history of chiming in way too often to promote your site, and to hammer mine with erroneous information. I have given you enough warnings - account suspended 30 days.

I think this group are rogues.
It was unfortunate for my first post to maybe stir up a hornets nest, I just gave my opinion.I could have chose my words more carefully (not for the first time).
Thankyou to CM for a great site.Online gambling would be a nightmare without you guys.
