    Betnet club- not honoring T&C

I signed up for Betnet club in early June when they had a $250+250 signup and $25k wagering requirement playing BJ. I signed up, deposited, received the bonus, and played a fraction of the WR. I made sure they did not have a dormant account policy and then took a 3 month break.

When I came back, I emailed them asking how much wagering I had left. They now told me over $45k. This seems like an utter breach of their own T&C. I have the earliest emails they sent me, but no screenshot of the T&C at the time. There are, however, posts dated from early June with the T&C contained within.

Betnet continues to ignore my emails and Montana disputes has done nothing in the last month. Maybe the 'meister can help me?

When you returned from your three month break, did you read the terms again? If the casino changed terms while you were gone, they become retroactive to the day you opened your account.

Is that a tongue in cheek comment, Bruce? Because if it is not, such a policy would not be fair imo.

In the absence of a dormant account rule, the player should be entitled to continue with the WT they signed up for on the promo, surely? That was the *agreement* - "we'll give you this, and you'll do that and then you get the cash (if there's any due by then!)"

Montana's lack of response is very disappointing, and a month without even an acknowledgement of the complaint unacceptable but the Meister has ace contacts at RTG so perhaps he can get someone to wake them up.

I wish I could say I made that comment tongue in cheek, but I didn't... And I agree with you that the policy isn't fair, but some of the casinos don't play that way. They make the rules on the fly, and it's the player's responsibility to be up on them.

This seems counter-intuitive. When I signed up, deposited, etc.. it was like going into a contract with a business IMO. That business shouldn't just be able to change the 'rules of the game' as they please.

If so, they could just advertise the best bonuses available on the casino market and change the WR right after a bunch of people signed up

Just so, Holly unless there was a time limit on that particular offer it should still be as valid as the day you accepted it by making a wager. I would guess it's the three month's absence that is confusing these people - a lot happens in an online casino in three months.

Have you had a response from Montana yet? If not post here and I'll take this up with some RTG folks I know, but I'll probably need your account name and number by PM so they can track it down.

bump. maybe Casinomeister missed this one. There is no change in status as of the last couple months. At this point, I would be 'ok' with getting my initial deposit back. Also, it looks as if the T&C have changed yet again. Now it is slots only.

Ignoring my emails, not honoring T&C of when I signed up. Shame on you betnet for your ROGUISH behavior
