misleading terms

I signed up for a casino in British pounds and thought it was a 100% match like it is when USD's are used.

The terms:
100 pound free on first deposit

As a new player, we'll match your first deposit with a 50% up to £100 bonus, doubling your bankroll straight away! You'll see your bonus added to your account immediately after making your 1st deposit.

So only 50 pounds were added. They thanked me for pointing out the mistake but will only give me a 15 pound bonus.

My main problem is that 2 days later the terms are still not clarified. Support said that web support was probably working on changing them.

Should I be given the extra 50 pounds? Or is this just a case of me being mislead by the casino and there is not much I can do.

I would hate to pitch a bitch on something so trivial.

Which casino was this?

If it said when you deposited 100% to £100, then that is what they must give you.

it said 50% which I never saw. What I saw was 100 pounds in the title and double your bankroll instanstly.

At this point I would prefer not to name the casino. Even though they are actually in bad faith right now I would liek to hope they will come around and match my deposit because of their mistake.

If you didn't read the small print, and the small print said 50% you're probably out of luck.

Your probably right. I am just mad that they mislead me. Since it is not pitch a bitchable (at least I don't think it is or care to go that far) I will out the casino.

Stuff like this is what I hate most about online casinos. Also why everyone that I know that does not play poker/casinos online asks how do you know you will ever get paid or that they are not cheating you.
