Can't use banking on microgaming

I just downloaded goldenreefcasino. I can't deposit. When I go to banking, it just says " choose deposit", and then the rest of the screen is blank. I don't understand what Im doing wrong. HELP!

Instead of depositing from the web signup page, log into the casino itself and click on bank, then deposit.

I am doing that. For some reason, it's being blocked.

Golden Reef uses a seperate account for bonuses, and the bank functions are not available in the bonus account. You need to log into the real account.

But I am in the REAL account. I had a previous account with them, and re-downloaded it. UGH......

Deposit on the Flash casino (same account details), available on the website, but might be a little tricky to find the link though. Log out, log back in to download and play.

For a new account, first use the link on Casinomeister, download the lite and register. THEN download the full install and reinstall from that. This ensures Bryan still gets paid, and hopefully you get a working casino.
They are around 100Mbyte each, and will install all but the latest releases. This should get rounf the MG Updater problem that could be behind many of Microgaming's unresolved issues of late.

"Banking" is installed just like another game in the casino program folder, and can be screwed up just the same.

If none of this works, play elsewhere till fixed, but do not try UK Casino Club - the problems are worse on this one, but all the others are fine for me now I have used the full install downloads.
