    Action Online is giving trouble

My best friend Per has been playing Action Online Casino.

To get the signup bonus he only played single Hand blackjack. Which is allowed, in the terms its called Original Blackjack. He has met his wagering requirement and emailed and asked if it was okay to cashout.
The suppourt says he has wagered $2538 but on a restricted game:
    Peekrule 6Deck Multihand BJack
He has told me that he is 100% sure he has played single hand. and has been writing several emails to support but they always reply the same, that he has played Multihand blackjack.

Is there any way he can prove that he played the right game?

any suggestions how to solve the problem?

    Pitch a bitch?

    thanks in advance
    //Bjorn

Has he checked his gaming history? It should specify exactly what game he has been playing... If it says he's been playing single hand BJ, take a screen shot and attach it to an email and send it to support. Casino decisions are usually final, so he may have to PAB to Bryan.

How does he check gaming history? its Playtech software, I know you can check it at microgaming casinos, but havent seen at playtech.

Hopefully someone else can chime in on this... I haven't played at a Playtech since Golden Palace back towards the end of June.

    same problem

Hi, I've read the discussion and I want to say that the same thing has happened to me. I've played all the playthrough but they don't want to make me withdraw because they say that I've played the multihand when, instead, I've played ONLY the single BJ (that is allowed for wagering).
I've written many many email but they go on answering that I've played the Peekrule multihand BJ.
    Has someone a solution????
    Thanks

OK, I checked this on a random Playtech (African Palace, to be precise) ...

This is messed up on Playtech's part, but what can you expect nowadays?

The blackjack pulldown menu will give you the option of single player or multihand (among two other options, as well). If you access the blackjack game in single hand/player, there will be a history button in the bottom right. This will show you your last 25 hands (I think that's the number).

However, if you go to the multihand blackjack game and click on the history button, it will show you the exact same 25 hands that it showed you in the single player version. I, too, never played multihand in this specific casino, but those hands still show up.

Not sure how this can be remedied ...

I'm not the original poster here, I was just trying to show people how they can obtain their hand history in a Playtech casino and discovered the above-mentioned problem.
