Angry Complaint - The Gaming Club Poker Room

I joined this online poker room on 28 August. I won just over 1K in funds and requested a payout on 30 August.

On 1 Sept my account was "locked" due to mulitple aliases - because of the software "crashing" repeatedly during setup on the 28th of August.

On the 28th I talked with two different reps who told me to use different aliases as the previous one would not work with the new install.

Funny my account was locked 2 days AFTER I joined but 1 day AFTER my withdrawl.

NUMEROUS emails finally got my account unfrozen today on 11 Sept - but I still have not gotten my "wire transfer" of my 1k in winnings deposited into my account yet. Over 12 days AFTER my withdrawl request.

Their customer service phone numbers included with the software don't work - you can't email customer service if your account is "bogusly locked out" so you are sh!t out of luck - it takes 3 to 4 days to get a reply to your emails to the main site.

And "this poker room is suppose to be accredited" with garbage like this???

I think this is a red flag for which the casino should check out. If in fact you never palyed on more than one alias it should quickly be cleared.

Most poker rooms have players leaving balances in accounts for future play unlike casinos. Another red flag.

hi wr9966, chill out a bit, the BR customer service is not upto much most of time (although they are getting there)

but contact the BR rep on here ,hes very good, hes deals with casinos only but if BR name is dragged ibto it, he will sort it out for you.

Question - not suggesting that this is the case here, seems very unlikely based on this rep requesting only the player's alias. But generally speaking, is there any kind of vetting/checking process for people posting on here as casino/poker reps? Posing as one would be a very easy way of getting people's account info.

As far as we're aware, if you represent any operator or operator group, you request that you are listed for the casino or poker room operator group listed here on CM. We think that it then gets reviewed by the Meister himself to confirm validity.
