Well? What can you say? I should have listened to the blacklists here & everywhere else about RichBastard Casinos. Grand Banks must have a list of schemes to go over if a customer cashes out, because they came up with a good one for me? They or Mr. Evans or who ever the slow, stuttering bastard that runs it over there said that I had cancelled my withdrawal and played out all the funds and the playcheck shows it, but I never bet $200 on a hand of BJ in my life!!!

and the comp points for that so called cancelled withdrawal and then played out, I remember that coming up 10 min after I withdrew initially! Thought it was strange to get a $6.00 bonus after I withdrew? All I ever got was a withdrawal code for Prepaid ATM that day and nothing else for 7 days!!!

Another thing I thought was strange was they yanked it out within 30 min not to even get a chance to reverse a withdrawal!! BY ALL MEANS STAYAWAY FROM RICHMASTER CASINOS, THEY WILL F-YOU! The Balance was $1,012 I withdrew and left a remainder of $23 to play, they yanked the whole nine out! He had no specific answers for any of my questions and profiling his behavior with all the stuttering and long hesitations I knew I was tanked! still got no responses after emailing centraldeposit.com which he said I would have to take it up with them (their security team). So he said I could only email them right? I get on the sight and THERE IS A PHONE NUMBER! AND GUESS WHAT? I dialed it, IT WAS HIM!!! On the other end of a completely different number!! Jesus, I was blown away and I requested a history transactions of IP Adresses as well, no response.



GOOD LUCK, ALL! TAKE THE BLACKLIST SERIOUSLY!

I can understand your frustration and hostility but going about trying to get help (I assume that's what you're trying to do since you posted in the complaints forum) in this way isn't going to get you far.......now calm down, and try it again...file a PAB.

I take it you're merely venting since you don't believe there is a solution to your problem. There are ways to get answers and possible resolutions; this way ain't the way to go. Don't think I can help you here.

Dude burned his bridge before it was even built. Who's "Richmaster" anyway? He lost me there. I thought he was referring to Bryan , but I looked and saw that Grand Banks is not in Bryan's Accredited list.
