I just wanted to ask if anyone can help me out here? I registered at BetCris few days ago after hearing that they had 20$ freeplay for new sign-ups. At that point few days ago a CS rep told me that the 20$ has to be used in their casino, it has 10x rollover and that the bonus itself cannot be cashed out. I was like, ok...fine by me and sent an email to gary@betcris.com I then forgot the whole bonus and started playing it today...Managed to get my balance up to 100$ playing their Deuces Wild. I then went to Live Chat to see if I could cashout...

So...I'm stuck here. And they don't even have any T&C at their website...I'm not saying that I'm right about this one...but getting another opinion would be nice =)
