Even if I were a millionaire, by hook or by crook, I would go out of my way to collect $400.

I give him kudos for not changing the script into his own words: THAT would have been degrading himself. Now he’s got his money, can retract his ‘blackmailed’ post and can have some sort of revenge in plastering the crooks all over the fora. I hope he does.

I hope he does too. For those that don't know any better, they're going to read his "apology" and figure that's an OK place to do business with. Soon they'll find out that's not true such as he did.
