I have been a member of connectocasino located in for about 10 months. Over this time period, I have made reasonable deposits and collected a promotional bonus from 400% to 999%.

The promotions page for the casino states that any winnings generated by using the bonus are 100% withdrawable, but of course the bonus itself can never be withdrawn, which is reasonable, then a few paragraphs later, they state the rules that twice the redeemed bonus is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn using the bonus.

I made a $20.00 deposit, collecting the 999% bonus, zeroed out, then made another deposit, hit a royal flush on a 50 cent bet, winning $2000.00. There is a playthrough of 30 times to be eligable to withdraw any winnings from the bonus. I met the playthrough requirements on the $20.00 deposit only to be told by the support staff that my playthrough was on both deposits, ($40.00) because I did not exit the casino after zeroing out on the last deposit, making my playthrough requirements $13,188.00, which I again met.

Then with $1,2500.00 left in my balance, I requested a withdrawal of twice the redeemed bonus on $40.00, which is $799.60 only to find out that the maximum amount I can withdraw is $399.80, twice the amount of the $20.00 deposit!!! Then, the remainder has been removed from my account leaving a balance of $.40. I am furious that anytime there is a problem whether it is the casino shell closing you out of a game or the casino closing without warning and taking credits, to the game itself not paying the won credits, it is NEVER resolved in the players favor!!!

As long as they are raking in your money, all is fine, any problem becomes your problem, never the casinos. I would like to let everyone know that this casino does not have fair gaming standards and all issues are resolved in the casino's favor. Everytime I have had a chance to win for a change instead of losing, they have come up with another rule that is not stated to keep from paying the winnings to the player.

Beware of this casino, as they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it is!!! Even if you comply with all rules, there are all kinds that are not stated in the promotions page. At this complaint, this casino is being uninstalled from my computer!!!! Casual players, BEWARE OF CONNECTOCASINO!!!!

Hmm... Actually i don't care what initial post keep inside. But every complaints are always welcome, if those are honest.

Maybe useless, maybe boring, maybe CM delete this thread. Whatever.

But when some new players explore sometimes to this site, they have some material here. And they can make their own decision about that casino, where they like to play or where they like to know more.

Of course many these posts are only members opinions or experience, but if there is enough complaints/information, i guess it help to make this decision.
