Then you need to read it more carefully, including my post on page two. They state clearly and prominently that the video poker is different from the slot machines, with words along the lines of "...in ADDITION to our slots, we offer...". That ridiculous "disclaimer" is buried DEEPLY at the bottom of an apparently irrelevant page, under the heading "technical tips" - non-random dealing is a "technical tip"??

It doesn't matter. Bryan has now acknowledged the deceipt being practised here, and as their biggest advertiser you can be sure they'll listen to him - I predict that BS will be gone within the week. Nice to close the stable door after a few million horses have bolted. And nice to see the level of contempt these people hold their players in: the points have been made clearly a succinctly several times; Slotland have ignored everything.

I totally support the views expressed that this is a rogue outfit and doesn't deserve promotion by anyone - least of all the top affiliates.

Okay, these were the last caustic postings by Caruso. I have mentioned numerous times that these sort of negative and flippant responses are no longer welcome here.

Caruso, I appreciate the information and ideas you bring to light, but I don't like your attitude when it comes to responding to other members of the forum. This is your last and final warning to chill. If you feel that I am being too harsh - I'm sorry you feel this way. My main concern is that your seemingly lack of self control inhibits many posters from expressing their viewpoints or comments.

Seems to me if anyone is being inflamatory, it's Black21jack. The whole tone of his post was a "you idiots, it says right here in Section 18, Paragraph 49, line AB that they are slots".

    But what do I know?

I am still waiting for an explanation of how the Slotland's video poker works with this jackpot "feature". Black21Jack, you claimed to understand it, would you share it with us?

Must admit I thought the same, & 'try reading the thread' was a fair response.

If the Slotland representative is still around I'd genuinely be curious to know how the game works. Does it play normally except for a built-in check to prevent anyone hitting a royal flush too often? Or does it also have a slot mechanism to determine when someone can get one pair, two pairs etc.?

The poster clearly had not read the thread carefully (or he was simply being provocative) or he'd have seen the passages SPECIFICALLY distinguishing video poker from slots, and that the silly, BURIED "disclaimer" is far removed from that central section - hidden under "technical tips", LOL. I suggested he remedy the fact. The ENTIRE second paragraph quoted goes on to do nothing other than explain this and acknowledge your acknowledgement of the deceptive nature of all this. I have no idea how any of this could be considered "uncontrolled". I thought my post was factual and to the point.

GM - what don't you understand? It's a slot machine. You know how slot machines work better than most of us. It's programmed to spin the reels in such a way as to generate a 95% payout.
