I'm not sure what you're saying here. I can't make out the screen shot - apparently you're claiming there is a glitch here but it's been covered by their T&Cs?Please explain, thanks!

There ought to be nothing wrong with that screenshot or result.
I think what BBkpoker is claiming is that the dealers hand does not beat his because his 5-card hand is higher.
However, in Pai Gow Poker, A2345 is the second highest possible straight because the Ace is considered high card - so the result is correct, as strange as it may seem.
The rank of straights in Pai Gow Poker is:
AKQJ10
A2345
KQJ109
QJ1098
.... and so on.

Yes, I had never seen the a-5 counted as the second highest straight. Bos was very quick at responding. I would have just deleted my post if that had been an option. No problems here folks.
