The Kahnawake Gaming Commission is just another example of the contempt this industry has for its customers. Kahnawake is now a proven licensing joke with their authorisation of the latest Golden Palace olympic sabotage - though they were already a proven joke back in 2000 when they authorised the same organisation's misappropriation (good word, that, hahaha) of players' cashouts in the first and still biggest online casino scandal. The olympic incident, however, "proved" it to the wider public.

Yet casinos still proudly trumpet their Kahnawake seals as if they mean something, and even eCOGRA are involved in a "player protection" initiative with them. Has eCOGRA pulled the initiative since Kahnawake were shown up for what they really are? No - and eCOGRA IS a reputable organisation, though one I still have many issues with.

Basically, we're all treated like class A idiots by these people. We're supposed to believe absolutely anything. It doesn't matter how spectacularly far from reality what they're saying actually is, we're still reckoned to buy it hook, line and sinker, because we're all idiots.

kahnawake is a very unserious organisation

i have written three mails to them .i have sent them the adresses of the websites where people are complaining about kaave.com(which has a kahnawake license and brags about it) .and i recieved NO reply. My hardly earned 836 dollars is stolen and i can do nothing about it.

A sensible suggestion in my opinion, Casinomeister and in the meantime perhaps dreamtheatre would like to encourage some of these other complainants to post here in person so as to present facts and not mere accusations when Bryan calls Khanawake.

I have to agree on the comments regarding Golden Palace's disgusting performances at the recent Winter Olympics, although this issue is not really relevant to dreamtheatre's complaint here.

However, seeing as it has been mentioned, I find it very disappointing that Khanawake has not made a public announcement condemning this behaviour at a major international sporting event, and what disciplinary measures it has imposed for the flagrant way GP breached its earlier agreement on disrupting Olympic events.

I think Kahnawake owes the industry at large a public announcement on this issue and what it has done about it vis-a-vis disciplining Golden Palace.

i met another guy. his member name was hayal_et. he had 1750$ in his account and his membership was terminated too .he (like me) got no answers to his mails . in short he was robbed too .

i met the guy at the other (by the way i really wish a serious firm invests in Turkey. i am sure they would have a huge profit cause nearly 90 percent of members complain about the Turkish sites) Turkish poker site(www.oyunsalonu.com) . i was yelling about how i was robbed and he was promptly interested. he said he was robbed too. it has been 4 months since his funds were detained and he has done nothing . when i said there might be some hope he was really very happy.

now i have to fight for him too since i have given hope to him and he speaks no English.
