    Gaming club & Bellerock

Hi all, this is not a huge complaint, more i am just wondering why?Why does it take this place so long to pay?Don't get me wrong they have always paid me and i have been playing there for over a year.I just wonder why; the first 24 hours they give you so if you have no will power you will reverse it and they don't have to pay you,i get that. Then i decide to have my cheque couriered and pay the 30$us(they send the cheque from montreal and it costs about 9 $ to courier to me in Edmonton)so they rip you off there.I guess i just want to know when all these other places on the net are doing what they can to get you the payment early, why does bellerock take 6 days just to courier you the cheque you pay extra for to have it couriered?I know if i don't like it don't play there,my tuff crap but i do like the pokerroom.I guess i was wishing someone could just inlighten me on there bad c.s.Thanks for reading

Couriering a check ............ first you have to have paid staff to prepare the check (cut the check, address envelope, arrange for delivery, etc.). The $9 part of the fee is just a small portion of the actual cost of paying by check, not to mention the time it takes for each step of the process.

You are paying a premium for expediency:

6 or so days for couriered check

    vs.

15 to 21 days for check by regular mail.

Now it probably does not actually take 15 to 21 days to mail a check, but the casino can s-t-r-e-t-c-h the time it takes to pay you (and encourages you to use this method by charging $30 for a courier check). Most people would skip the $30 fee and wait it out.

Just a small question, slightly irrelevant, but BRE casinos used to be 12 hour Reverse. I know they removed their "manual flush" policy last year, but are they now 24 hour reverse?!?
