    withdrawal problems AGAIN!

I opened an account at All slots today and deposited £100 using my debit card. I now have £200 in my account and as with any new casino I want to see how good they are so I try to cash in.

Surprised to find that I can't withdraw back to my card! only neteller, clic2pay etc. none of which I have or want. They do offer a transfer directly back to my bank account but charge £20 for this! so no thanks.

Emails to support remain unanswered, I wish I had never bothered to open an account here, I'm sick of these casinos that make depositing easy but cash ins turn out to be a real ball ache!

If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can cashin I'd be very grateful.

Can they not send you a cheque? I am sure I had cheques from them in the past.

they did email over night and yes offered a cheque, but it takes 21 days. Will have to do this as a final resort if I can't make them see sense.

also in the email they say
we are unable to refund your withdrawal back to your Credit Card/s due to recent changes in credit card regulations.
the is BS as 1. mine is a debit card and not credit 2. all other casinos I play at are happy to withdraw back to my card

Why do casinos do this? it's just not good business practice. Once I have an account up and running I hardly ever need to contact CS but as a new customer I and I'm sure others contact them more often, this kind of poor service will only lead to losing customers. Maybe there's so much gambling money floating around in cyberspace that they cldn't give a damn about customer loyalty.

I really hope they sort this in the next 24hrs before I go on holidays. On my return I'm staying with the 2 good casinos that know how to run a business
    32Red and Ladbrokes.

In my experience cheques usually take less than a week. Is your debit card Visa Delta or Maestro (formerly Switch)? Some casinos are only able to refund to Maestro cards?

Reply from All Slots Casino (Jackpot Factory)

    Hi there,

This is David Brickman, JF Spokesman.

At this point we are unable to refund your withdrawal back to your debit card. However I do understand your issue with having to wait 21 days for a check. Generally the delivery time is much faster but we do not like to give false assurances and then have players get frustrated when the check does not come within a week.

Since you stated you are off for a holiday I would be more than happy to have your check sent express mail with no charge. If you initiate a withdrawal and send me your account number I can make sure the check gets sent out asap.

You can post a reply here or send me a private post at the Jackpot Factory inbox.

    All the best, David Brickman

Hi David, I appreciate you taking time to post on here, however it would be better if All slots management deal and reply to my emails, where they will find complete details of the issues I've raised, which are more than what I've posted here.

I really do find as a new player to All slots the experience has been less then favourable, however the issues are not that difficult to resolve if only a member of management would respond.

I went to the All Slots website and took this off their banking page. They don't hide the fact that they do not refund back to a credit card since it's the first bullet point.

    How to Withdraw Credits

If you choose to withdraw your winnings, your money will be paid to you according to the process below.

    1. If you have deposited with a Credit Card, we will not be able to refund your withdrawal back to your Credit Card/s due to recent changes in credit card regulations.

    2. We will, however, refund your withdrawal back to your FirePay, NETeller or Click2Pay account, provided that you have used the account within the last six weeks. Withdrawals refunded to this type of account should take between 2-5 working days to reach you.

We strongly recommend that you use either FirePay, Click2Pay or NETeller for depositing at All Slots Casino. This will allow you to enjoy faster withdrawals and will ensure secure and hassle-free depositing at the casino. Click here for more information on these methods.

Please note that FirePay has a maximum payout limit of $10,000 and NETeller has no maximum payout limit. Excess winnings will be paid via Check or ACH which is a simple and secure withdrawal method available to all players with a US bank account.

    3. If we are unable to pay your withdrawal by any of these methods, you will receive your money via Check or ACH Bank Transfer.

I gotta agree with that one. Yes, JF has been having some technical problems with their email servers. But that's the beauty of having a rep here at Casinomeister.

All Slots has a very good reputation and so i disagree with the OP. I mean it says on their website they wont do it. Then their rep here is right on top of the situation and offers to express mail it. IMO the OP has no reason to complain. If you wanted to be paid back to your card you shouldnt have played there.

Kudos for JF rep for quick response.
