Angry BJBR withdrawal, is there any problem?

    Hi folks!
I'm pretty new to online casinos so I need you to share your expieriences. It's about Black Jack Ballroom. When playing I got really lucky and won a large sum of money. Now, I made a withdrawal of $1000 and there was no problems at all. My money showed up in Neteller in maybe 3 days. I thought, ok there's no problem, so I made a withdrawal of the rest, $4900. Instead of the money I got an email telling me to send three copies of driver license, utility bill and Neteller-page. I did this last saturday, a week ago, and I haven't heard anything from them since then. Nor has my money showed up in Neteller. The livechatters seams to be busy all the time, I'm not able to speak to them. I sent an email 2 days ago but they haven't answered.

I just wonder if this is normal. Otherwise, is there anything I can do?

BJBR is owned by Casino Rewards, a group some have had a few issues with, but not me. A lot of casinos will cash out $1000.00 and under without asking for docs. This might explain things. but there is NO EXCUSE for such lousy service. But, if all is as you say, I believe you will get your money. Just call them on the phone. Go to Casino Rewards webpage and call, if BJBR people aren't repsonding.

Most Microgaming casinos DO NOT have many problems, and there is some recourse when and if they do. I personally try to play ONLY casinos on the Casinomeister list....no kidding....for just such issues as you have listed here.

Anyway, the whole thing about documents ( to me anyway) is BS because the real time to ask is BEFORE you deposit. That is, IF the goal is really age and ID verification, and I see it as a huge stalling tactic in hopes that you will reverse your withdrawal and lose the winnings back.

By giving you the $1,000. there is now NO valid way the casino can dispute your winnings, so I wouldn't worry too much. But I would saty on them daily....

They also commonly ask for a screenshot of your NETeller page, which I think is way out of line. Why would they ever need that?
