    Casino On Net

I deposited $30 into CON and it was never added to my casino account but was taken out of my neteller.

Support and the floor manager refuse to add the $30 to my casino account. They are telling me that I have to contact neteller and ask them for a transaction number for them to look into it. I do not think this is fair as I wanted to play now and not have to hunt down my own money.

I think that everyone should avoid CON as this does not seem right. They also had the nerve to tell me that it is for security purposes so that no one takes money out of my account. Kind of funny that they would say that after $30 was already taken out of my account.

With all the competition for online casinos it is hard to imagine that they would want to lose a customer over $30 that they already have.

I guess when the casino spells CON it is best to avoid them and go play somewhere else.

If the money never got to them from neteller, how can they track it down?

Just get the transaction number. Neteller debited the money....

You may not like it, but it is the bets way of ensuring that you get your money.

CON - acronym notwithstanding - has always been a good site for me. They are quite liberal with their bonuses (it's a delight when you log onto your account and suddenly find a bonus just sitting there!), although my biggest issue with them is the length of time it takes to withdraw.

Candidly, if CON WERE unscrupulous, I'd think they would seek an amount larger than $30....

rudicali, CON really is not trying to cheat you or give you a hard time, in spite of how it may feel to you. You've experienced a technical glitch with Neteller, and all casinos I know of use this same procedure to fix it. Fortunately it happens very rarely, just too bad it happened to you. As soon as you give CON that NT number you get from Neteller, they should deposit it very quickly for you to play with. Good Luck.

If you do not feel safe playing at a casino and them protecting your money like they should then I would stop playing at all online casinos not just CON. This way they will update their glitchs and this would not have happened. Thankfully for me this has not happened so I will still be blowing money online in hopes of a pat royal.

As said previously, sh*t happens. Computers do make mistakes too....Apparently the money never did get there, and that's not (more than likely) the casinos fault. They're only asking for the tracking number so they can find it and put it in your account. Nobody is trying to cheat you out of your money. They refused to put it in there on your word alone, as they (nor you) can prove it ever reached them in the first place.

Do a search for CON on here, and you'll see they're a reputable casino.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...
