Dear All, and especially Hypergirl
Firstly I would like to apologise the members of this forum for taking so long to post this reply Fortunately I have some good news Hypergirl. After contacting the Royal Plaza Casino Manager, I have been informed that she has been awarded the match bonus she originally attempted to claim. Once I have recieved a brief from the relevant persons at the Royal Plaza Casino, I will follow up this email with an additional post on the forum explaining the circumstances relating to hypergirl's case (this will probably posted on monday) Thanks and Kind Reards To One and All Yours Sincerely Vegas VIP Representative |

I did receive the bonus about 30 minutes after my last post.
If I had not posted on the forum, would I have received the bonus? I didn't know what else to do but come to the forum to complain but I get the feeling I have come off looking bad, not the casino. I will definitely give them the benefit of the doubt this time, I understand they are busy but remember I called twice trying to settle this before I came to the forum. This was the first time ever that I have complained about a casino in any forum, I find it distasteful and try only to deposit in reputable casinos so I won't have problems. |
