Request to downgrade Miami Paradise (and Golden riviera( to "not reccomended"

I have just read numerous threads here in archives about this casion and its parent corp. Why are they still on the accredited list? I mean, that is really the ONLY reason I depopsited there. I should add that the same weekend, I cashed out a total of 2500 from two other accredited casinos without incicdent and was paid promptly.

it appears that Miami Paradise has a history of this....I am of course more than willing to be wrong and conciliatory should it trun out to NOT be theri fault. The disappearance of the recorder transaction from Cash Check worries me though. I have sent an e-mail to GoldenRiveira Group asking them to look into it, as wel as a copy of all e-mails to Click 2 Pay's investigative team.

I mean, I DO understand sometimes things happen, and I am hoping this is an oversigiht or a technicval gltich. Otherwise, I would be totally against reccomended this gropu and will ask that Bryan or a Rep intervene.

Bryan, not telling you hoe to run your forum as much as I am telling you how MUCH value I place on your opinions.

You're probably reading some old threads - Golden Riviera casino group had a history of funkified customer service, and there were numerous complaints (all of which were resolved sucessfully). I had met the operator a number of times over several years; he always wanted to get on board, but I turned him down each time.

Last spring they were purchased by the Vegas Partner group - (Casinomeister's Best Group of 2004), and since then I brought them on. You shouldn't be having any problems - they have a rep here in the forum if you experience something substandard.

Thanks, Bryan, I did send a PM. I KNOW I shouldn't be having any problems, but I am. Now, I cannot even get a reply to my e-mails, and THEN there is the issue of my withdrawal disappearing from PlayCheck. How does this process take place? And why?

I totally agree this should have been a seamless, routine event, but IT IS NOT, and the longer it continues, the more frustrated I become. I went to vegas Partners website, and there is no mention of Miami Paradise. Incidentally, I played (upon your accreditation) 777 Dragon and cashed out substantially with ZERO problems.

And so I am at a total loss. As I say, I have numerous cordial e-mails back-and-forth conerning this and other issues.....all I know it is now 14 days, and nada. I have never had a single issue with any MC casino.

Can you shed any possible light? I mean assuming of course, I AM telling the truth, (which you have no real way of knowing just yet)?

The whole thing is very bizzare, especially since it is only around $400.00.

Do you think I should contact Vegas Partners? if so, then whom do you reccomend? As I said, I have Click2Pay chasing it down from their end, but they assure me NO credit was or has been issued by this group.

I am starting to lose faith and get pissed..........................

    Hi Kenneth,

Sorry to hear you're having problems. I'll get ahold of Casino Riviera right away to get them addressed. Even though the Vegas Partners group brought them on, they still maintain their two separate brands - so VP wouldn't be the way to go.

    adware?

often when I run yahoo anti-spy, it finds adware with the source name: "Riviera Gold Casino"

is this the same as the Golden Riviera on the CM accredited list?

Not the same. Riviera Gold, if I recall correctly, is RTG. Golden Riviera is of course Microgaming.

Riviera Gold Caino does nto seem to be existing anymore but used to be part of the Golden Spur Casino group, which uses proprietary software.
A longer time ago they used RTG though but this is all a bit unclear and confuzzling.

I played and cashed out of Miami Paradise within the past few weeks and did not have any problems.

However I do think their cashier system has some glitches (ifor example, t says that all bonus requierments have been met before you even start playing, then continues to show withdrawals In Process long after the money hits Neteller).

Anyways, I hope they straighten out the problems the original poster is having. Good luck.

    guys

these casinos are reverting to the ez bonus system, thats why the system is not detecting the bonus in the cashier, because these guys are on upgrading the cashier. spin palace and ruby fortune, i have the same problem, bonus is always zero, although i have just getting a bonus off them. give these people time to upgrade is my advice
