Thanks! As for as going back, I'm going to have to say NO on that one... software is okay, games are great, but there are a lot of problems and concerns I have with Crystal Palace. The same and sometimes rude customer support person/manager answering the phones, extremely delayed cashouts, etc. Casinos keep themselves reputable by paying players out promptly, or at least in the time frame stated in their rules/regulations. It was supposed to be 5-7 business days and I waited over double that amount of time. I called and emailed, called and emailed...and called and emailed for weeks. I don't ever want to doubt receiving my funds - what I'm entitled to, so I will have to pass (who wants to freak out for 3 weeks?). They had several opportunities to make things right - and they eventually did, but it took a lot of work and I did not receive the funds in the time frame they had set after posting in this forum - only after calling 2 times after Oliver Curran's post on here. I don't think you should have to have a big worry on your shoulders when putting your $ into something like an online casino, especially when I know I can take my business elsewhere. I'm big on customer service, and I refuse to put my money into something/someone who could are less about your situation among other issues.

This morning I uninstalled the casino's software and last night I called to have my firepay account number changed just in case. I excluded myself for 6 months on my Pokerroom.com account, but that will be the main place I play at - and maybe the 888 casino's pokerroom because my friend plays there and says it's a great casino.

Hey, thanks! I'm really relieved I got the $ back. I couldn't have imagined waiting over the weekend (since most casinos are Mon-Fri). I was pretty much at my last straw. I wonder if I would have gotten my $ back had I not found this forum... what do you guys think?

I can't speak for others who participated in this thread, but I can say that if not for the Meister, there would be NO forum. So all kudos go to him and if you want to show him your appreciation, he does have a wish list on Amazon.com!

    Extra congrats to Jess!!!!!!

    I'm glad she got paid.

Hey Suzecat, I see you mention that wish list. I know I saw it once, and then I couldn't find it again. Can you post a link, please?
